@@willyab2451 Never saw that one. I saw him pick up a 1200lb wrecking ball and he did it fairly easy. Andre was stronger than this guy so that's crazy. 400lb 6'5 men were afraid of Andrea. One even carried a gun in his shorts while in the ring.
@@JourneyToTheTruthandTR ikr i heard he went to a bar and these guys started to mess with him so when Andre got mad he chased them to their car and he flipped the car
Strength is the ability to exert muscular force against an object, the most efficient way to measure overall strength would be the ability to exert maximum force against the line of gravity on an object, in this case the dead lift is the most direct way to measure it, so yes i would agree with Eddie here.
In my opinion this is the most inspirational world record ever, nothing was stopping eddie lffting that weight, whenever I need motivation I watch this. Just incredible no matter what people lift above this (if they ever do) this lift will always be the best in my opinion.

@Tstrawhair Boi pussy
@Tstrawhair Boi Carrying around 50 kg for minutes is way harder than 1 rep of 110 pounds.. Which isn't even decent, unless you don't weigh alot. I would say if you are shoulder pressing less than 145 pounds, you are weak at it, if you are pressing 155 you are decent, 185 strong 225 very strong 275+ insanly strong. Sry bud carring around 110 pound rice sack which is way harder to grip, beats you 110 pounds shoulder press... But don't worry you'll get there some day.. But you are strong on the squat tho..
