@MrSamPhoenix companies are always copying each other.. 🤦🏾♂️ but Apple is very restrictive, and the Samsung ecosystem is better and versatile.. i used to think like you..
Sometimes I just want to talk to the kind of consumers for whom the new Galaxy Watch Ultra design language is intended. Are you actually more likely to buy this watch because it looks like Apple's product?
Samsung this year is definitely losing direction. I noticed that with its Android skin on OneUI 6 and now everyone is noticing it with its product designs this year. There are 2 culprits for me that specifically make me think that Samsung is chasing Apple. 1st is the Galaxy Watch Ultra, the design of the strap and the colour it was marketed in is no doubt exactly like that Apple Watch Ultra. 2nd is the regular Galaxy Buds 3, Samsung decided to remove the rubber tips from their non Pro buds this time, which was something that Apple has always done.
This has been my biggest problem with samsung. As a Samsung user. Is always fun to see how they First they mock apple. And a few months after they copy apple. 🙈
Capitalists are not creative. We get 25 different kinds of bread at the store but the samsung watch just has to look exactly the same as apple's even if the design suffers for it.
It's true that if Apple releases a feature it will make it's way to Samsung, but it's also true with Android features making their way to Apple eventually. Samsung also has a lot of their own features, like Dex or reverse charging. This design tho... Yeah, it's such a copy and I hate it.
The Ultra looks similar to Samsung's older Gear S2 watch. Wouldn't even look like an Apple copy if they didn't go for that stupid orange colour scheme.
look for the Gaming Fenix 6. Dude, Samsung does copy but make things better (yeah I know this is subjective but they do it better for me at least) , they take what works and implement it. The only thing they copied from Apple is the action bottom, and I thank them for that. That's better that trying to do your own thing and fuck it up.
Man, you hit the nail with all the points you touched on regarding Samsung's event. I totally felt the same, that the base watch 7 was the biggest upgrade out of all the products showcased. I also cannot describe how utterly disappointed I feel for seeing this brand losing its identity and becoming a lousy copycat of Apple. It took a big step toward that direction last year with the introduction of one ui 6 and that control center drop-down menu bs, and it just remains on this course hoping to convince as many apple users as possible to make an easy switch, while the customers who have supported the company and helped them reach the point where they stand today are completely disregarded... Thank you for the awesome videos Marton, keep it up bro! Greetings from Greece 👋
Samsung cant even solve the green line and other display issues even im their top of the line phones and TVs. I will never buy any Samsu product anytime soon
For those who are saying that the Galaxy watch ultra is a copy of Apple's Watch Ultra, search the Samsung Gear Sport. It looks exactly like that. If anything, it looks more like a Panerai Radiomir. The orange band, the button, and titanium are from Garmin, but the button being orang is from Apple, though. Also, the screen specs are the same because Samsung probably makes the screen for both... Titanium, being the metal of choice, is also probably it being strong, light, and affordable enough for commercial use. Strange how some youtubers only remember the last couple of years.. big oef
@@ZerotroneBecause people like this creator are rage bate. He uses limited knowledge that he knows the majority won't look up. This is why you see more small-minded people in his comments.
For the watch, I agree, they even called it Ultra. But the buds are literaly the standard in ear TWH. It is more conformable and stays in place. They just went with the market standard.
Samsung had the Ultra years before Apple, so if anyone copied it wasn't Samsung. Here's the problem right here, people don't even know the facts, they just parrot what everyone else says until it becomes something that's a fact, even though it's not.
The galaxy watch ultra kinda reminds me of a Seiko turtle mini, I dig the chunky tank look, I love the bezel, but the fact that it's not functional is a bummer.
Samsung's blatant copies of Apple in the 2010s used to make sense because they were offering similar products at a cheaper price. In 2024, they charge more money than Apple for similar products, so most people comparing their products are going to wind up going with the Apple version.
I am super stoked about the new valve. All innovation in smartphones has mostly been "stagnant" without challenging standards the industry has come to complacently accept. Great video! Only thing I disagree with is the esrbuds. I’d say the simple reason there is that the AirPods are maybe one of the best designs for wearable headphones. Tthe stems and shape make it super easy to put in and take out of your ears, the stems are much easier to find when running or in awkward situations than with the…. BEANS. I was an Apple fan for over 10 years.. last year was a wake-up call for me.. the only regret is that it took me so long to join the samsung fam..
and now you feel that your back with Apple again with all the Apple design copying Samsung is doing

i think iphones and pixels can have "fans." but not so much the galaxy series. it doesn't have enough character, not special enough.
Ok… so how do feel about Samsung copying Apple?
Please keep the clean shaven look. It fits you better.
No NFC is just a no go. It was possible with Galaxy S4 and S5 why not?
Sleep apnea tracking and detecting was possible 6 years ago on some Fitbit devices.
This has been my biggest problem with samsung. As a Samsung user. Is always fun to see how they First they mock apple. And a few months after they copy apple. 🙈
i missed last friday so coming in and going from a full bearded you to this is legitimately giving me whiplash helppp
I've seen the watch 7 Ultra in person everything you just mentioned they're not the same at all
Capitalists are not creative. We get 25 different kinds of bread at the store but the samsung watch just has to look exactly the same as apple's even if the design suffers for it.
The shape is just the old one and only Samsung Gear Sports shape...
They don’t call them Samesung for nothing. They’ve been ripoff merchants for decades now; completely shameless 😒.
Everyone rips of everyone get over yourself

It's true that if Apple releases a feature it will make it's way to Samsung, but it's also true with Android features making their way to Apple eventually. Samsung also has a lot of their own features, like Dex or reverse charging. This design tho... Yeah, it's such a copy and I hate it.
@@PKM1010 most features apple gets android has had for years anyway
"to know your enemy, you must become your enemy" - Sam Tzung
The fact that they went out of their way to add a useless misshapen bezel to a round watch just to copy Apple when theirs looked nicer anyway 😭
Honestly the Schwalbe Bike Valve is probably the single best thing that happened for consumers in recent times!
Love from Switzerland 🇨🇭
The Ultra looks similar to Samsung's older Gear S2 watch. Wouldn't even look like an Apple copy if they didn't go for that stupid orange colour scheme.
Stupid channel, I don't know why RUclips recommended me this.
Wouldn't even look like an Apple copy if they didn't go for that stupid orange color scheme but they did
look for the Gaming Fenix 6. Dude, Samsung does copy but make things better (yeah I know this is subjective but they do it better for me at least) , they take what works and implement it. The only thing they copied from Apple is the action bottom, and I thank them for that. That's better that trying to do your own thing and fuck it up.
@@lesleyhaan116on one model (the ugliest looking one) The other two colours don't have the orange strap and look better for it.

I am SO sorry if we shamed Marton into restoring the beard. BE YOU!
LOL, tire valves like what we have on pneumatic compressor fittings
From all the colors why did they go for orange? Just makes it look so cheap IMO.
Now that new bicycle valve design is interesting. I prefer Presta over Schraeder valves, but this new one looks like it works better than either one.
Not sure if A-B testing or Mandela effect, but I swear this video had completely different thumbnail and title last night before I slept. 😵💫
Samsung dissed Apple in the past. Now they joined by copying them, very SADsung ! :)))
Apply copying Android = Innovation
Samsung copying Apple = Shameless
Elon should forget China, Tesla users in china are seen as tasteless users. He should focus in Europe
2:35 same price too!
The Samsung Watch Ultra still has a round display, while having a squarish case, it's like they had the worst of both worlds
What Green line issue? I've never had this problem you say they can't solve.
7:06 looks nice hopefully it is successful. I still prefer Schrader though just due to sheer comparability.
Strange how some youtubers only remember the last couple of years.. big oef
Also, Samsung had titanium first on its galaxy watch 5 pro. Where did you get your info? How can tech youtubers be this ignorant?

just appreciating the disclosures in the top right when talking about products
Even the presentation of the new buds pro was a copy of Apples
A watch that keeps a track of body temperature would be nice
I love that Samsung is trolling Apple so hard by taking Apple's looks and doing it even better than Apple.
I'd be more interested in the ultra watch if it wasn't for the squared edges. I like the classic watch look.
Apple has been too busy with EU, samsung is taking advantage
So when your mate is distracted you get to quickly copy their work. in an exam, Good work samsung 🤣🤣🤣
That bird sound in the intro scared the shit out of me

8:06 endlich! Das war der Punkt der mich an gimbals am meisten gestört hat, entweder kein Tracking oder mit schlechter Kamera tracken
I love that the videos now start with the stories and that The Brief and the Release Monitor come afterwards. 🙂
The galaxy watch ultra kinda reminds me of a Seiko turtle mini, I dig the chunky tank look, I love the bezel, but the fact that it's not functional is a bummer.
Uhh, reusable rocket parts planned for 2030? So, we have reusable rocket parts in 2045! 🎉
Sadly, Google is still trying to figure out a way to reach bare minimum in chips other manufacturers have already mastered. Please do better engineering, Google.
Great content by the way. You just earned a subscriber.
You can normaly already connect the pump head with one hand. There usualy is a little lock that holds on to the screw threads. But easy for the hose to not rip it of the threads if it's not in the right angle.
BEANS. And the controls especially volume are much easier on stems like this.
Your Friday checkout has become a weekly must-see for me. I appreciate how you succinctly summarize significant developments that occur throughout the week. Thank you for your efforts; it’s genuinely helpful 😊.
Totally agree on Samsung approach of copying apple, although they could have rely on their bright minds working for them to come up with a unique designs.

I completely agree on the ultra watch, but the earbuds? Not similar at all. They just adjusted to the market, people prefer this kind format, so they went for it, nothing wrong with that.
I still can't understand why Samsung didn't use a sporty design, like the casio G-shock, for the Galaxy Watch Ultra 🤦♂
