Cool build! 😎 idea 💡 for another build, integrate a leatherman style PS into a 58mm. Remove the arm with the carabiner and replace it with the 58mm SAK, remove all extra parts as the main thing is the pliers. This way, it can fold in and out. Obviously, the pliers arm will lie on top of the SAK, but you'll have pliers!
a creative use of the -cokespoon- fignernailskin-mover ;) not sure i like that empty space next to the roadie though; guess the vic-magnifying-glass can not be modified to fit in there, can it? also - did you ever modify a 111mm-vic? (vids - why not put on both? the 1minute-sped up-version as short, the long video for clicks and channelgrowth?)

I started my 111mm Spydernox, but I broke the Spyderco blade in the process. So, I reordered the Spyderco and now I'll have to delay it about a month... 😕

You know that the "outer" liner, that touches the scales, has a "bump" on the large blade pivot point? That "bump" is there for a reason, right? G10 liners obviously do not have that "bump". Is that a problem? Do i need some kind of washer as thinck as that "bump"?
Orange isn't a typical color that you see in the forest, so orange gear is easy to spot and less likely to get left behind. Hunters wear orange so they don't get shot by other hunters.

That was one of the first things I tried with my XTOOL D1 Pro. Unfortunately, it burns the G10. I would need a CNC machine to cut out G10 liners automated. I purchased a broken CNC with the plans to rebuild it... But yeah, no luck on that yet.
Man is it possible to take apart a sak and assembly it back on with screws instead of brass rods, then glue-ing original victorinox plastic scales? I mean do they fit well? Or are the screws strictly designed for other type of scales?

because you mentioned it and I'm curious. is orange considered a "hunting" colour because of high visibility? anyone can respond as if im 5 yrs old.

You know that vices have a flat dolly area on the back of then just like an anvil instead of the jaws
Yeah, on my vice, I found a "sweet spot" where there is a small bump that works great for peening in the pivot bore of the Spyderco blades.
Do you use protective gear when sanding/grinding G10? As i read on e.g. r/knives one should strongly avoid inhaling the dust.
I actually use 3M face mask
