I can tell you that pesticides do not affect something in the inside! + All the chemical's used in farming aren't used on the fruit/vegetables, all are used on the main crop! If an unnecessary chemical goes on top of a fruit/vegetable the skin will decay! Which we do not sell! I just wanted to make it clear that chemicals like pesticides will not harm the seller in anyway! A bit of water is all you need.
I live in Hong Kong and we get a lot of our food from China, so food safety is often a topic in the news. I was watching a reporter interview a rice farmer. The farmer's land was right next to a factory that spewed polluted water into his rice fields. He was saying he assumed his rice was contaminated and would never eat his own rice - only sell it.

Meat he knew whatever was going into the meat wasn't good for you he said whatever it was it wad t good for us to eat. He raised everything we ate except flour salt and sugar and if push came to shove we would've just done without that stuff. So yes I'm very aware of what's going on That's why I don't eat meat. Born and lived in Hong Kong, remember the time that I went to supermarkets I need to check where the products came from, really everything, food, cleaning products, cookwares, dining wares etc, it’s really part of Hong Kong people’s daily life, but of course there are still a lot of people think it is fine to consume and use those China products 🤦🏾♀️
If it has been kept frozen at cold enough temperatures it is perfectly fine to eat... Just like canned food frozen meat can last for very long time, in 2010 I did eat the last can of military ration on a can from 1979 and it tasted great :)
As a food inspector, my cousin caught them pouring customers half drank tea or soup back into the pitcher. They are very cheap and don’t give a fuck. Another time the walk-in cooler had real dog meat, on top of that, stored ABOVE the veggies where it was dripping festering liquid decay on top of the veggies. There were 8 instances in our metropolitan area. They had scores of 43 and such, so we nicknamed those restaurants “the 43”. They were allowed to still operate but given a strict warning to clean up and the numbers went up to 88 or so. 😂
There was a youtube video somewhere, but I can't find it anymore, where the uneaten soup was basically recycled for the next customer. The used soup bowls basically were redipped into the hot soup, so that also served as a way to wash or clean the bowl off without the need to wash the bowl with fresh water, soap, or the need to have drainage. Any place without drainage means it is hard to wash anything because the wash water has to go somewhere. the solution is to let the boiling hot soup wash off any plates or bowls. This was at an open air vending booth location.
You can find places that sell dog meat everywhere in China. There are more in the southern parts of China but you will still find places that do so in all other parts too.

I live in Hong Kong and we get a lot of our food from China, so food safety is often a topic in the news. I was watching a reporter interview a rice farmer. The farmer's land was right next to a factory that spewed polluted water into his rice fields. He was saying he assumed his rice was contaminated and would never eat his own rice - only sell it.

Quit eating it so long ago I grew up eating mostly vegetables and when I did eat meat my dad raised his own so that what I was use to eating he told us about eating chickens and other being raised with steroids he didn't no the name of what was being put I. Meat he knew whatever was going into the meat wasn't good for you he said whatever it was it wad t good for us to eat. He raised everything we ate except flour salt and sugar and if push came to shove we would've just done without that stuff. So yes I'm very aware of what's going on That's why I don't eat meat. As a Chinese person myself, I am shocked, disgusted and embarrassed about how China have a lot of deadly food among the food market. This is why I never go to China, gladly Hong Kong has much safer food.
Born and lived in Hong Kong, remember the time that I went to supermarkets I need to check where the products came from, really everything, food, cleaning products, cookwares, dining wares etc, it’s really part of Hong Kong people’s daily life, but of course there are still a lot of people think it is fine to consume and use those China products 🤦🏾♀️

As a food inspector, my cousin caught them pouring customers half drank tea or soup back into the pitcher. They are very cheap and don’t give a fuck.
Another time the walk-in cooler had real dog meat, on top of that, stored ABOVE the veggies where it was dripping festering liquid decay on top of the veggies. There were 8 instances in our metropolitan area.
They had scores of 43 and such, so we nicknamed those restaurants “the 43”. They were allowed to still operate but given a strict warning to clean up and the numbers went up to 88 or so. 😂

There was a youtube video somewhere, but I can't find it anymore, where the uneaten soup was basically recycled for the next customer. The used soup bowls basically were redipped into the hot soup, so that also served as a way to wash or clean the bowl off without the need to wash the bowl with fresh water, soap, or the need to have drainage. Any place without drainage means it is hard to wash anything because the wash water has to go somewhere. the solution is to let the boiling hot soup wash off any plates or bowls. This was at an open air vending booth location.
You can find places that sell dog meat everywhere in China. There are more in the southern parts of China but you will still find places that do so in all other parts too.
Sad. Why allow them to still operate? That's a public hazard. People backwashed on those drinks. You don't know if they have aids, mouth herpes or something, then you got a substance leaking on the veggies that's disgusting
