this is literally everything I ever wanted in a laptop, I've always felt that a 15 inch screen is too big, I love the 13 inch chassis but feel like the screen is a bit small, this gives as a 13'' chassis and a 14'' display + it has amazing features...can't wait for mine to arrive, really glad I got rid of my macbook pro!

I went ahead and purchased a Surface Book 2, it has thin bezels as well and it's a hybrid with 8th gen 1060gtx graphics.. extremely happy with my purchase.
I got my first Huawei phone a few months ago, I have the P20 model and I love it. Now I'm looking for a laptop and I like the style of the MacBook Pro but the price range is ridiculous, but this laptop is perfect, similar design and much cheaper. Definitely getting this when I get some money for it.

I own a MateBook E tablet 8GB RAM and 256 SD I use it for my travel and business presentations and let me say that I am very happy with it, I get 5 to 6 hours full work on a single charge. Maybe next time I will get this MateBook Pro to do heavy work.
Beautiful laptop, but man, that emblem is gaudy. My only concerns are thermals, screen glare, and the keyboard quality. Can you test those and comment on them in the review, Tim? You the man!
The design of the laptop is good, the only thing I don’t like is the slow operating system Windows. Recently bought MacBook Pro and I see huge difference in performance. I cannot believe how I didn’t had macbook early, I know Apple products are pricy, but they worth the money.

The xps is more powerfull and more for desk use, huawei is for portability, class, youtube in bed) If you dont plan to carry your laptop around, go for xps. Totally not late teply
The Dell xps 15" Will be more power due to a more powerful cpu and gpu. But in term of typing ..from my experience the matebook x pro wins comparing to the mushy keyboard the cops lineup provide. It really depending on how heavy the video editing you need. If just moderate , the x pro can handle for sure. But I'd say go test it out at a shop near you to see them in person and try out their keyboard to see what suits you?

Huawei is only able to sell as cheap as it is b/c the Chinese government subsidizes the company (b/c obviously they want as many foreigners as possible buying it, given all the spyware, etc., installed on it by the Chinese gov).
This one insane looks dope but one thing bothering me that placement of front camera, you have to down for taking photos and live chat that's something weird angle 🤔🤔

love this laptop, just saving 900 more, lol. To be honest I have NEVER used my webcam in the 6 years I've been consistently using laptops so its actually better and you dont even have to tape it.

(Since the company is an arm of China’s military/espionage apparatus, the Chinese government subsidizes the company so they can sell the devices to foreigners cheaply. B/c china wants as many foreigners as possible using the devices, obviously.) Unless the US and China go to war, or if you end up working somewhere China might want to steal your info (like a competitive business, or the gov) you’re probably fine using it.

Original matebook x charger worked for fast charging both my note 8 and pixel 2 xl. No issues
