The Bible tells me that I am saved by Grace through Faith in the finished cross work of Christ. I believe it and according to the scriptures I am saved, praise God.

I needed to be reminded of this, the state we are in as a Country has been stressing me out, but at the end of the day I have salvation through My Lord Jesus Christ..

Confidence: the feeling or belief that one can rely on someone or something; firm trust. the state of feeling certain about the truth of something. How confident are you that Christ is RISEN? Could someone come in and persuade you to believe that Christ has NOT risen? Acts 17:31 “Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.” Do you RELY only on Christ Jesus for what he has done FOR YOU and do you BELIEVE without a doubt that He has risen? That's how you know you are saved!
Thank you Lord for leading me to your truth as explained and taught by Pastor Reid. Thank you for mightily using him to help those of us that have been confused for decades, as we are no more tossed to and fro because we now have understanding of your word. As we continue to grow in your name, Amen.
This is my pulse as we have to be rooted and grounded in his gospel so we cannot be taken to and fro by this world. That's why I Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. So without God's word a man cannot have true Faith because he has nothing to put his faith in
Correct but we also have to remember that we are still wearing these sinful bodies are sinful body is attached to a sinful heart. Everybody has sinful desires because we are falling creation our spirit has been made right through Christ the moment we believe but we still have this evil nature in us so this notion that we are given a new heart and a new mind and that we are somehow different the moment we believe it's true but not in the extent people think it is. Because we're still battling this flesh. Granted no matter what decision we make we're still going to heaven through Christ the moment we believe. But people tend to take certain aspects of this type of Doctrine and really mess with it to try to make it sound like you have to earn your salvation and its really annoying

In the Dewey decimal system in US libraries Music is 780-789 that happened BEFORE 78s were invented 7TH & 8TH days or octave Although we can't prove it, it wouldn't surprise me, if days of David & Solomons music sounded like 19& 20 centuries In pentatonic plus Jewish minors could've been in nehemiah

How do you reconcile Jeremiah 17:9 with Romans 10:9 ? Surprised you did not address this.

1Cor 13:8-13 and Eph 4:11-14. Those gifts ceased when the written word of God was completed.
