I have the Midland WR400. The screen can go almost black. I'm sensitive to any light when sleeping and this is better than a regular clock radio. I agree on the sound quality.

I just watched this video Tuesday March 14th, two days after daylight savings time changing clocks, I did not update my weather radio time on Sunday, now two days later on Tuesday it updated itself or is this the Mandela perfect cuz I did not update my weather radio daylight savings time but it's updated and there's no way anybody else would have updated it for me, but it's updated to the correct time, NOAA weather radio does not have internet it could not update,

like half of the stuff on the wr120 isnt true, it doesnt have EOM, or the option for weather alarm clock, it also doesnt scan for channels and lock on.
