- 2024 is a HUGE year for Europa Park, with massive changes around different parts of the park, and in todays video we'll be taking you through everything new you might notice while walking around. Unpopular opinion, I prefer Hyperia. Voltron to me is a mess. Just too much happening and quite rough. I don't like to turnaround, it takes to long and is pointless. Hyperia is too short, but I much prefer the layout, elements and forces

Got to love Europa Parks amazing attention to the most insignificant details.
For voltrons rattle, Mack and the park are very well aware of this, Mack and the park are trying to fix it as soon as possible.
Somehow I feel like it isn't going to improve. 3 days ago I was in Walibi Holland and Lost Gravity has the same kind of rattling, maybe not that bad, as Voltron :(
It's insane what they achieved to open up in just one year. I'm excited what's coming next!
I have not yet watched the whole video but did they mention that they also opened a completely refurbished Dark Ride (Haunted Castle / Castello Dei Medici) this year? 🙈

I am so happy that Europapark is my Homepark ❤ About the Shakiness on Voltron. Mack rides is already working on it testing different wheel assemblies to make the ride smoother. Sadly you missed Geisterschloss because the revamp is amazing. Finally storytelling and upgraded theming. Also info to croatia. They are planning to expand the area. Voltron was the 1st building phase. And in the upcoming year(s) they will probably add a Rocking boat. There are many hidden clues around Voltrons Q-Line that are teasing the future of croatia. I am so hyped. Also Euro-Mir is going to be renovated and retracked soon. A lot coming to Europapark in the upcoming time

I am back since yesterday and all the new things were awesome. Voltron is my new number 2 rollercoaster (Ride to Hapiness is still the best), but what a ride was that!. Phantom of the opera still had a few glitches but was a fun experience. I was a little dissapointed in Austria. The cave was better than the new area.
I wish Jenn and I had go pros strapped to us at Eurosat VR - y'all would have been HOWLING at our commentary lol
Only thing I'd disagree with is that to me Arthur is the best themed ride in the park. Other than that great video!

The real Croatia is also worth a visit. Very very beautiful place! Coasterwise not much to see except a good old Schwarzkopf and a Chinese wild mouse/spinning coaster.

I would arrange it differently: Alpenexpress Enzian (1984), Alpengeist (1997), and then AlpenFury, which will be built in 2025. It doesn’t make much of a difference, though, since many of these rides have been copied extensively. My favorite replica is in China at Quancheng Euro Park, called the Battle of Blue Fire. They even replicated the trains exactly.😅

I also feel like I didn't fully appreciate the environment of the park until I left it. Now I'd love to go back every time I watch videos, and it's especially exciting to see how fast they build and thinking about what they might have added next by the time I go back
Voltron is just INSANE of a ride. so surprisingly intense, its not the highest or the fastest I really underestimated it before I got on and this ride just throw me off, it is extremely intense in a good way. I'm so happy you guys loved it because not everyone gave it a good review because of the shaky trains.
also Wodan in the back seat is freaking amazing :)

Good format to cover the changes! My thoughts as I visited last month for 2.5 days.
Voltron is an excellent coaster. Got 13 rides and really it was 2 trains of the 7 from what we could determine were a bit shakier than the other 5. Still I loved it. The haunted mansion ride was not operational for our visit. We just missed it by a bit. The VR on Eurosat was quite good. It didn't take us very long at all. We paid and we went right into the pre show. Walking to the trains in the VR was really strange at first. Overall a good experience. The back part of the park it was really impressive how well they did with it in such a short time frame. I had similar experience to Sarah as I don't think I fully appreciated it during my first visit but was blown away with it during this past visit.
I have been there yesterday and it was so fun. Though I still prefer silver star to Voltron

2 of the trains on the outside seats are a pretty damn rattling experience - so in most cases you’ll have a great time on Voltron

It's too bad your VR headset wasn't working properly because i loved the Phantom coaster. We did it twice. In the first room, it you're at the front, you get to look out over the lake and the Phantoms lair. This ride will make a lot more sense if you're familiar with the musical, because there are so many moments from the show dotted around the ride. Yes the graphics of Raoul and Christine as you're revolving around the chandelier are weird looking, but overall, i thought it was great fun and very different to anything I've done before.

The only Voltron elements I am not a fan of are the LED screens with the electricity effect. Looks like it’s meant for a stage at music festival. Aside from that, it all looks great!

Did multiple rides on Voltron just yesterday. And I’ve to say I love and hate it. And all four rides I got the wing seat and it was too rough, which exacerbated the forces. That aside, this is easily an elite coaster and most technologically advanced too.

Is the Phantom a permanent or temporary addition?
@@samraymond4464 The VR experiences are always temporary. The old experience lasted for 5 years. It will probably be the same with the phantom

@@CoasterStudios Well... it's not like you missed a lot, not the most amazing ride in the park, won't be surprised if they decide to replace it at some point with something more interesting, but nevertheless, interesting to see. Kinda like a longer version of "Vogel Rok" in Efteling, but with funny and not always working fine VR.
It's been such a weird cognitive dissonance for me with the Tesla/Croatia connection. Literary the only thing Croatian about him was that the town he was born in happens to be in modern day Croatia. He was ethnically Serbian, and the Tesla Museum is in Serbia, the Tesla International Airport is in Serbia, and his final resting place is in Serbia. I know different countries really love claiming historically significant people as their own, so I wondering if seeing a German park opt to associate him with Croatia rather than Serbia is seen as a slight to the Serbians. 🤔

VR seems dangerous to me. I have watched people hurt themselves because they see something on the screen and think its real and then get hurt running in to things
I had a trip to Europa in June, I was a bit sad to see the incredible cave and dragon stripped away from alpine express and Tirol logflume ! I’ve been going on that ride since I was 6 and it was so magical before. I hope they keep working to bring some of that theming back!

Voltron has rough trains, maybe it's fixed or you didn't get one but I did on my first ride and it was awful ! The second and third time were good trains so it was really enjoyable but if you got the shakiest trains, you on ride for a rough time.
I have not ridden voltron but people are way to complaining, did you ever ridden Karnan at Hansa park ? that one has also a rattle but the coaster is so forceful that it do not matter in fact.
@@kjell9745I’ve rode voltron over 20 times, if you’re in a bad seat (outside, on a certain train) it’s a horrible experience. However most trains are fine
Its only train 2 left for the right dampers. They also ran winter tires on 2 trains for 3 months. Yeah they crazily wanted to open Voltron before fine tuning it fully to the max. But after i rode it 30 times now i can say the last 9/10 rides were buttery smooth.
