My algorithm has sent me on a run of your videos 😂but another inspiring outlook/perspective. To suffer all your life and now have it lifted… no wonder you feel like Xmas every morning! 😊

I have been recovering from depression for a few years now. I cried through the first half of this video. There are a lot of similarities with what I went through. I cried for what I went through and for everyone who suffers with mental health. I too see myself as a very strong person for not only surviving each day, but also turning my mind around completely. It does take time and it is possible, and I was very determined to make it so. Now every day is a beauty to me and I can work through those times I feel sadness (a lot of times now it just means I'm tired). We are strong indeed. ❤💜

Great video jade. Gives me so much hope. I’m a dad to an 18 month old and the stress around becoming a dad is what led to OCD and anxiety becoming chronic for me. The symptoms and the thoughts can be so bad that sometimes I think there is only one way out… but I’m determined to beat this for my little girl.
