CSX Waterville Sub. in Early January 2024: L053, L071, L070 + CSX Geeps on L054 on Rumford Branch

It's been nice to have more daylight action east of Rigby in the past few weeks with the Mattawamkeag Irving interchange finally up and running again, and the return of daylight runs of L053 and L054 with Danville and Rumford traffic.
Here are a few looks at these consists, including a healthy number of grain cars going to and from the egg farm in North Leeds.
Also note two CSX units being used in the mix, one GP38-2 and one GP40-2.

- L071-05 with MEC 7595 - MEC 7552 in Clinton

- L054-09 with CSXT 6152 - CSXT 2548 - MEC 5948 in East Livermore

Terrific catches of LO54e especially like the crossing of Route 106 beyond Dead river! Switching Decosta was great!!! And the Cemetary shot!!! LO71 w is awesome too.
