  • Looking for a trainer ride you can do that's easy and beneficial? Here is a staple indoor trainer workout. If you know your training zones just follow this workout and do it each week for a couple weeks and you will see an increase in your performance. If you don't know your training zones refer to my threshold test video to find your training zones. If you have a question on the workout please leave a comment or question below. This was one of my key workouts during my Ironman success.

    Do you do any hill specific workouts when training for a relatively flat ironman? Have you ever rode up Mauna Kea or Mauna Loa?

    I'm confused when you say "shift up to a harder gear" around 4 minutes in. Shouldn't that be "shift up to an easier gear"?
