In this vlog, I travel to the south of Tunisia, to a city called Tozeur. We'll explore the areas around Tozeur, including Chebika, Tamerza, Mides, and Ong Jemel. This area has it all, including beautiful desert, an oasis and waterfalls, salt flats, and a massive canyon. And at the end of the video, we'll visit a real Star Wars set that was built in the Tunisian desert in 1997 by George Lucas and his crew! They shot two Star Wars films here - The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones. The site is abandoned now, but it's in incredible shape, and it was so cool to explore!

I go to Tunisia at least once every 5 years it’s been my favorite holidays destination since I’ve been 22 and I’m 46 now The people are so nice and the food is awesome and the nature is just WOW there are so many new things I discover every time I go there! Tunisia never stops surprising me, it’s my second home. n7ebkom!

definitely a country with a lot of diversity beaches , mountains , desert too a mixture of traditional and modern, very affordable and laid back.... BEAUTIFUL
yeah , our country also offers a variety of different cultures its a mix of a lot empires like the roman empire , the greek , the turkish , the arabic , the french , the spanich, barbarian ..alot of races and cultres through out the history have made their marks on this country.
I just love seeing my boy, in all his glory, meeting new people and showing us the world! Please stay back from the edge - too close for my comfort! Great insight into the Stars Wars set too!

The Star Wars sets in Tunisia are not from the new movie trilogy ("a decade ago").
They are from the 70's, 80's and 90's.
@@eddiepolo6047 in fact, the one that we saw in this video is the star wars sets for episode 1 and 2 (near city of Nafta). The others sets for the first trilogy are near city of Tataouine.

Tunisia is an amazing country. I’ve been there last summer and I visited Jerba, hammamet, bizerte, sousse… the people there are so kind and friendly and i will definitely come back this summer.

hello doug myself as a tunisian teen would recommend going to visit the well known 'cap bon' we got beautiful beaches inn hawareya and many many monuments of roman and barberic eras in kerkouan and u can find a huge fortress up above in the mountain in kelibia many undescrivable views i hope u give it a try

this is the bright side of our country otherwise many issues are not alright but we can change it starting with attractions principales of tourism.
I advise you to visit the of Bizerte, a wonderful city, and its landscapes are indescribable, such as beaches and mountains, and their harmony with the city, and the countryside also has another charm... In my opinion, do not miss going there 🇹🇳🌷⛱️🏖️🏞️
