- We're a Latvian family with 2 kids travelling in our van. After visiting the eastern coast of Tunisia, we went south to see Sahara. A lot of places in Tunisia were used to film Star Wars in the 1980's and we visited all of the old film sets hidden in desert.

Nice. We wanted to go to Dakhla, but went only till Laayoune, the 500km drive through nowhere was already too boring for kids, we couldn't do 500 more through desert :)
