Tutorial levels will guide your through the basics of treating patients and running hospitals.
Sandbox mode offers endless hours of content, building anything from small clinics to huge multi-storey hospitals, starting from scratch or in one of pre-built hospitals or clinics in case you want to jump straight into management. Run you own ambulance service and help handle events and emergencies.
The campaign will put you in the shoes of a crisis manager trying to save a few hospitals in critical state.
6 challenge levels will test your skills and let you focus on the intricate details of individual specialized departments.

Expansion pack for Project Hospital!
Breathe life into your hospitals with two new departments, more activities for staff and with visitors coming to improve your patients' mood!
Administrative department brings pharmacy, cafeteria, staff training and advanced janitor management. If you build a visitors lounge at any department, friends and family will start visiting your patients, even bringing them presents bought in a gift shop. In the meantime, different events happening in the area bring more variety to the daily routine.
If everything goes wrong, pathology allows you to figure out if mistakes were made and resolve any medical mystery.

Once there was a surgeon who did an amputation in 25 seconds, and it was so fast that he amputated an assistants finger. Both the patient and the assistant later died from septic, and a spectator reportedly died due to shock, meaning this was an operation with a 300% mortality rate. And this story makes me think of Josh.

13:38. You jest, but when my gran was dieing in her home we travelled up to say our goodbyes. She passed a few hours later and then people came to take her body away. Her place only had two bedrooms, one with a double bed which my parents took, and a room with a single hospital bed (the one she just died in). When it came to figuring our sleeping arrangements my brother instantly called shotgun, he didn't even change the sheets. He woke up the next morning and said he had a great night's sleep.
This actually broke the strange atmosphere and gave us all a laugh.
i love honest stories about death like this. they’re often funny in some way and it’s genuinely nice to hear something besides that kind of oddly formal grief, it helps solidify the reality but keeps a bit of light in the world
