Hey man. Great content! So happy to come across. I like the way you explain things and talk about the game. Don't change a thing :D maybe the game sounds are just a little too loud? Thanks!
Nope, but I've had those names in my head since I read the books 20+ years ago. Inevitably people are going to pronounce things differently that come from writing, that's just how it goes. I don't mind if the way I pronounce things is different from what Denis Villeneuve went with (or even Frank Herbert himself), but I could understand being irritated by it if that's your frame of reference. I remember I used to get annoyed when people pronounced the names of Magic cards differently than I did, so I can relate.
R1 Mentat would have given you 2 persuasion, then use dagger for third move to Hall of Oratory for an extra 1 plus troop for round 2. And you would have revealed last to potentially pick up a 5 or luck into Gurney.
Yeah, I talked through my thinking on that move. I was considering it but didn't feel the chances of drawing a Convincing Argument were high enough to take the chance given that there were no 5s in the Imperium Row in case I missed. Thinking more about it now though, the odds were better than I thought. I had a 70% chance of getting at least one which is not bad... But, there's also the risk of drawing Diplomacy and not being able to play it (since I can't send it to Hall of Oratory).
True, good point. I didn't do it for two reasons: 1. I'm not used to the idea that you can look at the Imperium Row before choosing your Leader. That rule just really doesn't make sense to me, though I am aware that's officially how it works. 2. The UI for that in the game isn't very obvious so I never noticed it was possible until reading your comment. In my most recent game I did have a look before choosing my Leader though!
love your video. you're the only channel that stream this game
Thanks, glad you're enjoying it!
Yay more content! Ive been waiting for this
Glad to hear it!

Thanks for the kind words, glad you're enjoying it! The sound quality improves in more recent videos, let me know what you think.
Guys the game doesn't end if nobody is at 10 even if "endgame was triggered" (that's just a cosmetic)
have you watchd the movies? Sorry the pronouncation of the names is kinda off

49:00 ah.. wished you saved 1 spice for intruge card😅
Yeah I kinda got lucky that I drew The Spice Must Flow to make up for it :P
You chose a character but you didn't even look at imperial rows...

Sword master is overrated. Unless u get him early he is waste of time.
