"I'm either too drunk or not drunk enough" this obviously one the best lines ever 😂😂😂
I feel like that's the hunters general reaction to most of the things they do...
I really liked Samuel Colt. He was a great character. I loved the fact that in that room there was a Colt and a Winchester. Go figure.
Names of famous gun companies in the old west.
There was supposed to be a spin-off about Samuel Colt but never happened for some reason.
Both of them are Sams, too.
Δημήτρης Μπάρδας maybe it will happen at some point in the future

"I need the gun."
"What gun?"
"THE gun"
"Oh that gun"
🤣🤣
😂
😂
I need the gun.
What gun?
The gun.
Oh, that gun.
"A pheonix they exist?"
I love that he's not even a little surprised at this fact.
Man just shot demons a few hrs ago and made a gun that can kill anything, y would he be surprised.
"trust me, i've got plenty of mileages"
no shit, defeat lucifer and michael plus saved the world from the apocalypse.
I died when he said a giant from the future
it really makes you wonder just what the hell samuel colt has seen as a hunter if a ''giant from the future with a magic brick'' doesn't impress him considering he couldn't have even known about angels.
even Sam and Dean would be like ''wait what?'' if someone from the year 2200 showed up with some Dr. Who gizmo shit under their belt.
Well that gun also served another purpose besides killing everything. A project that Colt probably spent half his life on, which was keeping hells gate sealed shut. Ironically, that gun seemed to be the key to opening it up for whatever reason.
Why do you say he couldn't know about angels? They're in all sorts of ancient books, including the Bible.
@@jbtechcon7434I believe angels only started running amok recently. previously there was a long gap of "hands off" approach with regards to the humans.
There where three key adventure that took Samuel Colt beyond the normal hunters life.
First, in his youth he was kidnapped by fairies to serve at King Oberons Court in the Dimensions of Avalon. He discovered the secret of the fairy king and started a rebellion which lastet years. He finally took the Key of Worlds from a Wizzards corpse after slaying the giant Gothmog and returned to our world. Here only days had past...
Second, in his 20s he slew the Alpha Dragon, First Son of Eve with the Key of Worlds, which was melted to a pulp by the monsters death. Its children wished to resurrect their father and captured Samuel Colt, to use an ancient atlantian ritual, too swap their fathers should with the one of his slayer. But since the Dragon went to purgatory and Samuels soul was bound to Avalon by an sacred nephilims oaths, they split a hole in the multiverse. Samuel and the Dragons Soul had to life through hundreds of parallel realities, possessing each others bodies. After lot challenged Death to a game of enochian chess. To gamble to either return to his normal body, reality and life or to be thrown into the empty.
Colt won.
Third, in his later years, he learned about Azezels plan to bring upon the apocalypse. He knew he had to stop him. So he designed a weapon that could kill ANYTHING. He based it on a strange blade that had been found in an ancient Egyptian tomb, the remains of the Key of Worlds, a strange demon recalling cross and a piece of wood worshiped by the man of letters sect "Brothers of the amber gaze".
But his first creations did fail to kill knights of hell, demons or even spirits. Merely killing their coils. He was about to give up and leave the world to its fate, when Abadon herself was send by Azezel to kidnap his daughter, to punish the hunter they could not locate for his ambition to end the kings life. Then Colt knew he had to take huge gamble and start his third, his final, his greatest adventure beyond the mortal world ...
M.G.94 dude I would TOTALLY wanna see a show based on that stuff
I liked Samuel Colt. One author wrote a couple stories that featured him: one had him be resurrected along with several of the Winchesters other allies during an alternate season 8 to use his talents to seal off Purgatory. He also made some more Colt-like weapons for the hunters. A second story by the author had Sam find a message in the Men of Letters archive to him in which Colt revealed he was so impressed with Sam he left him all his knowledge about hunting in a grave. Turns out he knew a lot that no one else did including how to trap Lucifer himself in a literal Devil's Trap.
That would b so cool they henry, john and mary could come back
1montrealfan and bobby
Cool. Which author ar we talking about? Got any links?
It was on fanfiction and called A Gathering of Choirs. I don't remember the author's name though.
That's so good! They wasted these characters!!
Just wondering cuz it makes sense, Sammy was named after Samuel Campbell was, maybe, Samuel named after Samuel Colt? If he's a hero to the Hunters it would make sense that Samuel would be a common enough name for boys born to hunter families. If Samuel was named after Samuel Colt then Sammy is talking to his namesake in a way.
no, he was named after his grandfather (on his mother's side), but i guess you could say that mary's mother was named after the famous samuel colt
@@pokemonfan7211and dean after his granny Deanna
Could you imagine a western supernatural spin-off? That would be awesome so long as they kept it gritty like the first season.
I could only hope that Jonah Hex would make an appearance.
I think Eric was trying for that at one point, but obviously it never came to fruition...would've been amazing.
I always said, the prequel should be about Samuel Colt (or someone related to him, like his daughter would be cool).
Imagine someone roughing up monsters, human and inhuman alike. Plenty to go around in that time.
@@TreiberSeptim My idea was a Suoernatural equivalent of a male figure looking after and raising an abandoned child figure, like many great tales that are often remembered, but by the end that child dies *either later in life or not) which is what causes Colt to end up as he is.
“You shot a couple demons with it less than an hour ago...two pairs of boot prints...cabin reeks of sulfur...”
I don’t know but I’ve always found it so bad ass that he walked into that room AFTER everything happened but still knew exactly what went down.
He has trained by a marine i imigine john toute them both to see everything in there surrounding
'I might be to drunk or not drunk enough' XD
And he gets the phone back in a box... and it still works! ALL HAIL NOKIA!
what teh fuck did he even write in teh adress? xD
I need Sam to have another time travel ep. After this one its just been Dean going back in time with Sam left behind. :/
Yeah and sam seems to like history more then dean the only reason dean was more excited about this trip then sam was because he likes cowboys
its interesting when u think about sam is standing where thee devil's gate from s2 is located. colt is building it as they speak. this is the very place they kill the deamon that killed his mom and Jessica. where he sees his dad for the last time. i love time travel plots
I'm watching a man from the past talking to a man from my time but three years in my past on a black berry from three years ago which is called a magic brick in the past which gets sent from the past into the future after it was left in the past
Don't over complicate things doll.
You broke my brain!
I'm reading a comment from four years ago about an episode on a TV show that aired about eight years ago.
I bet you like Dr Who :)
@@rauminen4167 It's a bit too much wimbly wombly timey wimey stuffy for me.
I would love an episode where you see how he made the gun and enchanted it.
Its hinted that he didnt enchant it himself, but asked a Demon to do it
One of best dialogues in whole Supernatural
It was supposed to be a spin off with Samuel Colt and damn it that would be awesome. 6-10 episodes made like a old time real western
EXACTLYYYYYY
It'd be cool for Sam and Dean to visit their younger selves.
Would traumatize them for life more so than what's already traumatized them
ThRippJck I doubt it. The new Xmen proved talking to your younger self can be beneficial for oneself and humanity.
Maybe that happens in season 15 and Jack erases their memories
@@secretsean562 not likely unfortunately
@@FATE522 its probably just a flashback episode
Samuel: "I'm a retired hunter."
Sam: "wait that's illegal".
S6 got alot of shit because S5 was so good but after the last couple of spns S6 is so much better then it gets credit for.
Samgirl Always!❤😘😂🤗Sam looks good Always ❤
Talk about a perfect statement he does always look amazing they both do their the most handsome man I've ever seen
The Man, the myth, the legend
Supernatural is the most amazing show ever. They get away with the most dubious plot points and stories all because of the way it is presented. Just the right sense of urgency and introduction of new story elements to make it all work, and make you overlook the silly things that make no sense because, NONE of it makes sense ( in the way the bible, religion, or folklore makes no sense, either). It's absolute genius.

What gun?
The gun
Oh that gun
😂😂😂😂
Colt and Winchester. Well then.
Now a series of Samuel Colt and his hunter buddies, I'd like to see. And that line, "don't believe everything you read". Just show that he's actually a hunter who works with good monsters like Garth, or decent demons like Crowley. And have Castiel show up in another vessel and show that him helping Samuel was one of the incidents where Cas's memories were wiped. Just a wild west series that shows hunting isn't as cut and dry as the boys think it is. Or even show how technology played a big part in how hunting and monsters differed.
Bruh this is a way better idea than what they went with for the winchesters would have been a better spin off
Instead of the fan fiction parody The Winchesters we could have gotten a story set in various historical settings building on the lore of Supernatural. Could have had a story about a marshal traveling the old west hunting monsters, Maybe had him meet up with a Man Of Letters and a Native American and traveling around North America hunting together. Instead we get a retelling of a story we've already seen.
now imagine this talk of Colt being retired is a talk winchesters might have in heavens, they are asked for help on Earth but there is many excuses they come up with like "we did our part", "let our souls have peace", but ultimately they come back with the idea of "what are we even doing here in fake reality, we should go, people need us"
I like to think that Samuel Colt was an ancestor of the Campbell family. It would explain why Grandpa Samuel had his journal.
Sam Winchester meets Samual Colt, classic .
I was just thinking about this episode today!
Never meet your heroes kids.
2011...ten fucking years ago.
Sam should tell Samuel about Angel killing bulits
Why? Such bullets are made of Angel Blades, and it's not like the Hunters of the time have killed enough Angels to have enough Blades for that. Besides, it's not quite reasonable to turn Angel Blades into something expendable. You can use an Angel Blade as many times as you want, but an Angel Killing Bullet can only be used once, and since there's no one who can create more Angel Blades, you'll run out of ammo very quickly and you'll have no weapons against Angels at all after that.
"Trust me I got plenty of Mileage" I mean he has literally been to Hell and back 😂
Henry has changed he has a chance to win saves future

@spnwinchester2 Samuel Colt was like Dean except old xD

Back to the future
I liked the way Sam brought up his gun the colt and he just made up some game he lost it at and Sam knew he was lying and Samuel was impressed that sam knew about the gun in every way Samuel made it 🤣😆
Colt and Winchester
Colt and Winchester.
Still wondering why they didn't use the Colt to directly kill Eve? Especially since Crowley opposed her as well and knew where the Colt was all along, as mentioned in S12. Same goes for Leviathans and for Abaddon btw.
I think in an interview, the Supernatural writers and staff said they didnt want to have the Colt be used a crutch by Dean and Sam. If they always used the colt, then there would be no fight. And the writers struggled with what to do with the gun since it could kill nearly anything. So they made the gun "lost" for many seasons.
@@TheBigExclusive Ah, thanks. But they still could have given a better lore explanation, or at least not let it pop up again in S12.
@@Cyberlisk - yea i agree that the lore and explanations could have been much better. The writers and directors after season 5 really had no clue on what to do for the story. There was no clear vision for Supernatural's story after season 5.
The writers did seem to have a bit of trouble with going too big too fast
could you reduce the quality please? I am almost able to see some of the scenes
I would’ve liked to see another colt type weapon but a shotgun made by the Winchester’s ancestor
Would have liked to know how the colt was forged and what makes it tick :-) They should make an episode about that.
Floating theory its a melted down Angelic like metal like the old knife ruby had. Which is how she was able to make bullets for it.
@@azurequincy It has to be divine in some way because even Lucifer in 5x10 was shocked to see it in Deans hands, as it would take nothing less than a god-level object to garner Lucifers attention. Every single monster in this show below an archangel is absolutely terrified of that thing.
For that matter, *how* does Lucifer even know about the colt? He's been locked in the cage since the dawn of humanity and only came back in 2010, while the colt was made in 1835. Yet he talks about it like he knows its history very well. And even more confusing is that we know it was made by just a simple human, yet even an archangel reveres it.
@@Da1337Man Crowley is the one who kept it a float. Since Crowley found out about it he has kept it in rotation as a just incase of emergency card. He wanted to be able to kill the devil but he was always to...Well in not the right place and then their was Lilith. The moment Lucifer saw sam and dean with that gun he knew Crowley had betrayed him but I think he more knew from what Lilith told him about it. There is also the theory of it being made from angel bullets somehow.
@@azurequincy What irks me is the ''five things in all of creation it can't kill'' comment that Lucifer made. I don't think thats a lie, as that's an awfully specific and random thing to just make up on the fly for no reason. Knowledge like that suggests that he knows whatever forces were at work in making this gun was cosmic.
It's possible that atleast the handle of the gun was made from the tree of the forbidden fruit in the garden of eden. As for the metal, maybe it was forged by melting down Michaels' actual sword, seeing as how it has never made an appearance on the show. And last but not least, The latin inscription on the gun ''i will fear no evil'' just gives me the vibe that there was a righteous and holy force (possibly an angel) aiding Samuel Colt in creating the gun without Colt even realizing it.
And this obssessive rambling is what happens when i am up for 24 hours straight. My apologies for this wall of text.
@@Da1337Man No apologies needed. I also agree with those theories. Something about the way Lucifer looks at it just screams Angel ex machina. I believe it may have been apart of the tree or perhaps apart of one of heavena weapons. What amazes me is how only special bullets work with it....and the inscription is also something.....I wonder if it's like the equalizer and its power comes from faith. I know this is a long stretch but what if it worked like a green lantern ring and will is what Make a it work and since fear is a weakness of will it would make the fear no evil part even more hardcore
LOL I'm either drunk or not drunk enough. XDXDXDXDXDXD Best quote in my opinion!
i complain about videos being to quiet
but this was to loud. but its fine i can change that.
Does anyone know what is the name of the blues song or its artist in Season 6 Episode 18 ''Frontierland'' ..its a slow blues thing when Bobby, Dean and Sam search for clues in Samuel Colt hideout . Its in the start of the episode. song is blues a like, and starts after Bobby says '' pick a row''...
Not drunk enough...
would be fun going back to the time of the romans and being a giant XD
If Sam had his journal why didn't he show him that first instead of his phone lol
All he needed was to see a phone and his history👍
More time travelers time traveling hunters
Sam's got plenty of mileage. Just imagine how much he has by the end of the series
I thought the Gate was already there, and he just made sure nothing got in or out of it
Colt calling Sam a giant when he's only two inches shorter than him is kinda funny.
Too drunk or not drunk enough?
I'm curious; did they ever give a reason why in the first two seasons they said the Colt would only work with special bullet's?
i wonder if the campbells were like laways hunters was samuel named after samuel colt?
Am l the only one who wonder for who Samuel colt made the colt in earlier seasons John winchester says that Samuel made colt for a hunter an elite hunter (not the man of letters)
Anybody take seriously Sam colt when he says “it’s a curse, believe me” makes you wonder 🤔
The guy that invented my 1911 nice
If you're out, hand off THE gun to someone who can make good use of it.
Dean should have let Henry go back fix his mistakes change future
Where Adam
He's with Michael and Lucifer in the devils cage.
he was out for a bit, but then he got dusted as far as we know
I'm curious to know why the Colt is a curse, more if it's his own maker who's saying that...
Probably because it's a beacon that tells every monster on the planet ''hey, come find me and skin its owner alive''. I imagine that as a monster, seeing that thing in person is fucking terrifying because no one is safe from it.
Fun fact: Sam and Dean are already cursed more than anyone else owning the gun, so Colt had no idea how insignificant this curse is for Sam. I mean, vamps and occasional visitors from minor major league are nothing compared to the major major league Dean and Sam were fighting at the time. And major major league doesn't care about the Colt, because it can't hurt them. So, yeah, it was kind of bizarre to watch how Samuel Colt lectures Samuel Winchester about the dangers of possessing such an object.
🙏✌️Henry Mary John joe Rufus and Samuel colt

are you recording this in a fucking theatre, cmon!
I'm thinking this is Cthulhu
