- One local woman looking for answers about her father's death couldn't help but wonder if James "Whitey" Bulger was involved -- so she asked him herself.
She kept up a correspondence with the convicted murderer while he was in jail. Though Bulger was formally charged in a total of 19 killings, and law enforcement has never linked him to Owen Flynn's death. Flynn's daughter, Ann, is not convinced.
Her father borrowed $10k from Bulger..case closed.
