He cut a young lads throat for no reason at all. He was not just a gangster. Many gangster hitmen are not sadistic. They pull a hit but they don't enjoy it and they leave non-criminals, women and kids alone. Bulger was a gangster and a serial killer. That is a formiddable combination. Especially with corrupt officials onside in Southie.

      Yes he was.

    • @TonyDanza4Lyfe

It's from 2001 considering they say he's 71 in this video and was captured in 2011 at 81. And Osama WAS on the most wanted list even before 911. It's why 911 is even more surprising because we were aware of their presence and we knew airplanes could be an option since I was in 3rd grade and a kid literally guessed "did an airplane crash into a building" when our teacher told us something really really bad happened but she can't tell us. I still have no clue how that kid guessed that considering we didn't really leave class. Maybe he heard something maybe not but the fact is that it was something people could think of so why didn't the national security agencies ever think of that possibility? Why didn't they make it more strict to fly? Regardless, he was on the list before.
