Your videos are a lovely escape. Beautiful and inspiring. I work in the mental health field and help homeless people. It’s nice to find you on RUclips and take a break from the cares of the world. God Bless 🙏🏼
hi jill :) so glad you find a calm moment in watching our videos, glad they can do that for you! wishing you all the best with your work and lots of rest and fun in between :) x
I'm not vegan and I wasn't into vegetables before but watching and following you is making me more and more into vegetables and giving me some ideas for dinners/lunchs. Keep going, you are so good at cooking!
this is fantastic! I'm glad you are finding some new interest and hopefully love for cooking with vegetables. couldn't be more happy that my videos have given you some ideas! :)
I have never baked and cooked as much with apples, in my life, as I did this year. They are endless source of inspiration. And you showed it through these recipes too! 😍😍😍
I'm not a vegan, but I always watch your vedeo to learn how to intake as many vegetables and fruits as possible for my health. Thank you for beautiful vedeos ♪
I am mesmerised. Every single detail of this video is pure perfection. It makes me want to jump on a plane and fly to Sweden and be your guest :) I'll visit Malmö as soon as it will be allowed! Take care Malin x
thank you lovely Guido! let me know when you're coming and I'll cook up a storm for you or even better we can cook up a storm together! would be nice to meet you here and show you around :) xx
Your videos keep getting better and better. I love your artistic approach to your recipe creations and the joy it brings you. It is great to see your viewership increase~ well deserved!
These look really Yummy. I love making Carmelized Apples with Cinnmon and sweetner. If your a meat eater. Apples are good with Pork. Never heard Apples in Soups before. I bet it's good. Usually suppose to clean Leeks from the inside of them. Cause they hold a lot of dirt inside them. Those Baked Apples looked really good. Haven't had them in years.
Apples are fantastic and I am always happy to explore more ways to use them! I must say, the soup seems the most interesting to me and I am sure these flavours went together very well! An extremely autumnal dish! Also, I really like the way you cut apples. Less apple wasted than when you core them in straight lines! . Sending you all the love! Stay safe and sound!
Mmmmm! Yummy, cozy vibes in this video, and I love the soft jazz music you chose. Everything about this is nourishing and beautiful. Thank you :) p.s. we made an amazing apple and cranberry chutney for Thanksgiving this year and it was soooo delicious! I've also been topping my oat groats with chopped apple and shredded carrot and lots of cinnamon and pumpkin spice. I am excited to try your recipes!
Tout ça a l'air délicieusement appétissant ! La recette de soupe est vraiment originale, j'ai très envie de tester. Merci pour cette belle inspiration. Belle journée.
Thank you for your sweet comment and my French lessons in high school meant that I could actually read this without translation, so happy about this! Very glad you enjoy the recipes and you think the soup is original :) Wishing you a beautiful day too! :)
I love using a potato masher to break up my apple sauce after the apples have cooked. Whenever we have apples that are too soft (neglected for too long) or bruised, I make apple sauce.
All these apple recipes look great Malin and it's a excellent video. I am enjoying your video's and continuing to develop my allotment/garden and my RUclips channel and I also want to setup a website connected to the RUclips channel and eventually write a 📖.
Thanks David! Your plan sounds great,I'll have to check out your channel. I don't have a garden right now but I'm sure I'll find the videos useful for the future :) wishing you all the best with it and the future book! :)
I love everything about this video!! The way you plated the soup was so beautiful- I can’t wait to make that and impress my family! Also, I didn’t think baked apples sounded that exciting- but the filling and accompaniments really put them over the top! I am planning to make these recipes for my family soon! Thank you for sharing! :)
Growing up with a British Mum, she made curry with apples and rice for special Fall dinners...served with raisins, shredded coconut, and walnuts. YUM! These all look delicious and you two made such a beautiful video again. Curious what happened with the nutrition program...
that sounds delicious, definitely worth trying! glad you enjoyed the video :) I finished my health coaching course a while back and I learnt a lot about how to guide people to find healthy solutions for themselves as well as basic knowledge about nutrition and movement. While I really enjoy these topics it didn't feel right to go into health coaching as a career, maybe I will use it more directly in the future. :)
I've started to make this apple compote since you had it in another video, I add it to my morning porridge and I love it! The other two recipes look sooo good, looking forward to trying them. I love your videos Malin, they are so soothing and inspiring! 🙏🏻🍎❤️
Everything looks so yummy! I recently made apple butter, similar to your compote, and used it in so many ways. Just wanted to add that if people are thinking of adding sugar, you are so right, it was delicious with no sugar added. I did mine in the crock pot and it was so, so easy and my kitchen smelled divine for hours while it cooked.
If you don’t have a hand blender, can you make the apple compote with a conventional blender or would it turn out too smooth? Love the recipes and aesthetics in this video!!
Hi there 😊 In the regular blender it would probably become more apple sauce than compote unfortunately, but that's tasty too! Otherwise just use a fork to mash some of the pieces and stir a lot and you'll receive a similar consistency 😊👍
Hi there 😊 Always love receiving your comments, thank you for always being so positive and I'm so glad you enjoy the videos I put out! Hope you try the apple in soup idea, I just thought why not one day and I'm really pleased with the result 👍🤗
Just discovered your channel. All your recipes look SO yummy! will definitely try the soup! I was wondering, if you could also do a little cookies series with protein rich vegan foods :D thanks!

hi there :) I think that pan is from a brand called Falcon. I got in the UK at a supermarket called Sainsbury's. I think there are similar brands elsewhere though. It's enamel :)
Hi Marlin, I also love apples and enjoy apple sauce all year round! Date caramel looks delish and so simple! Can you share how you make the vegan cream? Thank you!🌟
Hi Kasia 😊 I used a store bought vegan spa based whipping cream so nothing fancy there but you could whip the thick part of a can of coconut milk if you prefer a while food option!
Hi! These recepies look amazing! I would love to make the soup today but I don't have any butter beans on hand.. is there anything that could be a good substitute? :)
Hi there 😊 Fantastic news that you want to try the recipe! You could use white kidney beans, cannelini beans or chickpeas would also work. Otherwise you can always experiment with whatever beans you have on hand 😊👍
You can reheat them for sure! This recipe actually makes quite soft and mushy apples too start. If you prefer them with a little more bite I'd recommend shortening the baking time 😊👍

Cabbage, apple and onions also go amazing together and feature in most of my Sunday dinner's, including Christmas Dinner 😊

Not sure why I am watching this ;) The two things I can't stand are cooked apples and parsnips. Love the aesthetic though
haha! maybe this video swayed over to the cooked apple camp ;)
@@GoodEatings Thank you so much for the quick answer! I'll try it with chickpeas!
I NEED TO KNOW WHERE YOUR CERAMICS COME FROM :D
I love baked apples! Do you think we can reheat them in the oven if we wanna eat later, as they get mushy?
You can reheat them for sure! This recipe actually makes quite soft and mushy apples too start. If you prefer them with a little more bite I'd recommend shortening the baking time 😊👍
Thank you!
🤗
Hi, Malin! Is there a specific type of apple that you buy for these recipes? (some, such as Granny Smith, are better for cooking/baking)
Hi Mimi 😊 I bought some locally grown red apples. They are both tarte and sweet but not as hard and crisp as a granny smith. 🤗
Do you use organic.
I use organic to some extent but not exclusively 😊
