Hi @amirulmooez, unfortunately I don’t have these headphones at hand, however the below few steps could resolve your problem: - discharge headphones fully, charge again and connect - switch your iPhone off and on, try connecting then - switch bluetooth off an on - connect your headphones via iPhones bluetooth settings, lastly - connect your headphones through the EDIFIER app and connection wizard Hope this helps!
