Most pathetic thing about Embiid is that he has been throwing shade at Jokić for months now which is funny because Jokić spends ZERO time shitting on Embiid. In fact, when asked about Embiid around All Star Weekend, Nikola praised Embiid while Embiid had already started going after Nikola.

It's why I want jokic to win a ring desperately this year. Then nobody can say anything against him.

Win with no other all stars on your team? ✅

I think you're a bit hard on Klay. It's true that his production dropped off the cliff, but in the first few games against the Lakers, he did not get many open looks because the defense was keen on stopping Curry first, Klay second. He lost his rhythm and never got it back. Klay will hit open shots with no problem, but he'll be in trouble if he's relied on to bail out the team in difficult situations, quite a few of them offered by Jordan Poole. He dribbled around the circle, but when he did not see any openings, he passed the hot potato to Klay. I wish Klay could have worked on his dribbling skills but I guess the rehab took away that opportunity.

I really don't why people are piling on KD, he averaged 29/8.7/5.5 in 60%ts (despite having to play 42.4 mpg) and was easily the best defender for the sons and I can't name anymore than 5 players who were better in the playoffs. The blame should go on Domin-Ayton, CP0 and the fact that literally no one outside of KD and Book was anything but garbage, their bench produced 18 ppg on 48.9% ts. KD and Book were easily the best duo these playoffs and they had to be run into the ground to beat the hospital clippers because they had no depth, you could see them getting fatigued over time which culminated in that garbage game 6. They obviously had no chance against Nuggs unless literally anyone outside those 2 did anything

His asts went down because the dubs just completely eliminated the DHO game practically, but Fox picked up that slack. Essentially, Kings had to play completely different offense than they did all season.
Gsw played great D, but HB and Huerter had a ton of open looks. Believe Kings were generating the most open 3s in the first round even! I LOVE Huerter and even HB, but they were extremely disappointing especially having seen Kev step it up before as well as hit clutch shots all season. Barnes was just ughhh. But the one flaw klay has compared to the other top shooting guards throughout the eras is that they were elite at creating their own shots, specifically off the dribble.
