your talent in doing over these homes, fab.u take it to he next level of elegenc.every singel show ive watched over over only gets better better.i miss u two together .
It's because this was in, and it fit the neighborhood. Each flip is very specific, and things weren't as modern yet because this was modern for the year this aired
For sure an older video like 2010 or something. Back when houses had warmth to them. All of it looked great to me. Kinda sad everything now is black, grey or white
I couldn't agree with you more. I painted everything gray and December of 1988. By spring of 1999, I was sick to death of it! It's so cold, institutional, and overdone. Never again. I'm not afraid of color.
All houses over 40 years old should be a full gut there could be black mould in the walls dampness you know needs a full re damp proof of every house over 40 years old should be a full gut
That's your opinion. Quite honestly, I wouldn't have a house that was built after the 1940s. New houses have no charm, no character, no interest. They're just boxes. My opinion.
The more I watch this show, the more I say “cute” weird Love the charcoal color on the exterior. That’s my favorite exterior color right now. The interior looks beautiful but my taste doesn’t lean towards all the brown tones.
On my side of the country, this house would be probably less than half that amount. I have visited California and it's a beautiful place, but I have zero desire to live there.

This is a very old video when browns were still in fashion. For that period, the house turned out well, especially the frontage and the back yard.
I love how they save the homes and improve the value of the neighborhood.
their style definitely improved over the years 😂
Right?

Finally some nice warm colors for the kitchen and the bathroom
Am Amazed They Stayed Married, For As Long As They Did

Dated, but still better than the before. The front exterior gable is cute with its windows.
very old episode
Sims 2 wants it's interior design back🤣
They really went bold with white and gray on the outside! 😐
Oh yeah baby. So exciting...and predictable

This house is definitely not one I liked. But they typically do a fantastic job
Tarek is so positive and sees potential. Christina is so negative and sees only what’s wrong. I guess opposites attract, but for how long?
they're divorced now lol
That house is great he is right, cheers and hulaluia....
In fact - staging not good !!
Is it just me or does this house look very late 90s to early 2000s?
The more I watch this show, the more I say “cute” weird

Omg….mid 90s, horrendous colors
Like the exterior colors but I HATE the interior it’s so ugly all the browns
for the first time I don t like it...the (after) kitchen and the countertops in kitchen as well as the "new" bathroomsinkcounter are pur 90tes horror
The rat smelly house
Looks dated already.
1980 called and it wants it's kitchen, bathroom and furniture back.
Bro this was 2012, style changed from then to now
EXACTLY! It looks so dated now.
@@alexstrydom1186 exactly. Why are they putting up old episodes that didn't age well.
@@alexstrydom1186 This is 2014 at the earliest since that's when Tarek's white GMC Sierra pickup bodystyle came out.
Staging not as good as usual
Christina is a bit overly dramatic.
Is it just me or is Christina really annoying? She knows her designs but her complaints are annoying.
She doesn’t know her designs either
She is very annoying. Never has a positive thing to say. Contradicts Tarek all the time. No wonder he divorced her.
I use to watch Christina flip houses. Now a days she's flipping husband's.
Boom.
Shut up, randy
$419k in california is too high? bring me back to those days when i could buy a 1500sqft house for that much. i'll payy all cash😣😣😣😣
On my side of the country, this house would be probably less than half that amount. I have visited California and it's a beautiful place, but I have zero desire to live there.
@@angelbulldog4934 to each their own! no one enjoys the cost of housing. but it is what it is!
Didn't like the result
They could've did better!
I like the black color too
The exterior colour is not my tast. Looks muddy.
Can’t believe they didn’t open the kitchen and place an island…. That’s their go to in the kitchen.
This was before they started doing that. They refurbished the tub, they'd never do that now.
Anyone else notice the excessive use of the word, “really”? 😂🤣🤪
Colour scheme...fifty shades of grey.
Like like like like like like
They always leave out the 6% sale commissions from their profit calcs .. here that eats half their claimed profit.
He acts as his own licensed realtor, cutting that figure in half. Probably includes the 3% in his closing cost figure.
The house is horrible (before)
