In a peaceful galaxy, a new technology has been invented: wormholes. They allow ships to warp from one point to another, which opens up countless possibilities for commerce and travel. As the captain of a passenger spaceship newly equipped with a wormhole fabricator, you can make some serious space bucks by building a robust network of wormholes. Link the farthest reaches of space while delivering passengers to become the most successful captain in this golden age of spacefaring. It’s time to bend space and go fast.
In Wormholes, players collect passengers from planets, each of whom have specific destinations they aim to reach. However, this pick-up-and-deliver process can be quite different once you establish wormholes between different points of the galaxy - and like any good business, your service can be used by other players...at the cost of a few points.

5.0 - My absolutely favorite games. You can pry them out of my cold dead hands.
4.5 - Love this game! At the same time missing something that would make it a 5. Could be hard to table, lacking variability, a little light, etc.
4.0 - Really great game, almost always keeping, although has meaningful complaints as to what takes away from the experience.
3.5 - Really enjoyed, don't love it, may lose out to better games but the idea of never playing again is a bit sad.
3.0 - A good game, would play and suggest with the right people, if I never played it again wouldn't lose any sleep.
2.5 - A game I'd play again , but will never suggest it myself
    2.0 - A game I don't want to play again
    1.5 - A game I can't find any reason to recommend
1.0 - A game that is just bad.

As a simple soul with unjustified illusions of grandeur, I have amassed a huge collection of complicated games that I have never managed to play because I can’t be bothered to plough through the rulebooks. So for me, Wormholes looks great; horses for courses!

Already have thoughts for house rules (or expansion potential). Like instead of random hands of cards, each planet has a set of face up passengers you can pick up (up to four total). Each passenger is worth more points the further they want to travel. But at the start of your turn each passenger you have is worth one point less.
A bigger board with more wormholes would be nice, but I would also like to see something like the ability to 'claim' planets, so you also get points when any player takes a passenger there.

Good overview. You did make a couple of rules goofs. You can drop off passengers an unlimited number of times each turn. You can only pick up passengers once per turn. When you pick up passengers you have to be next to a planet. When you take any passengers who want to go to the planet you are adjacent to, those are discarded to the space station and you draw new ones.

Someone asked for Endless Winter play-throughs. I want endless play-throughs through next winter into spring. Hopefully by then I’ll have mine.

I think you've just set that up for an expansion, with cargo as well would be fun.

This was one that I had been interested about when I first heard of it because something had been mentioned about being able to use your opponents stuff like soul last days of a star

I like this game for it’s straightforward simplicity and beauty, but there isn’t enough player to player interaction or setbacks/obstacles. A good expansion could easier fix all that all convince me to pick this up.

I see what you did here. Taking advantage of those morning hours that Jesse doesn’t know exist unless he hasn’t fallen asleep yet.

Would you say this is comparable to Gravwell? Another light/intro game set in space with a movement gimmick at its core...

You have stated my exact feelings on this game in a way I don’t think I’ve ever overlapped your opinion before. It ends too quickly and I really want this movement system to be stolen by a bigger game.

Looks good, and is definitely a game I could see be amazing with some extra expansions, making the universe bigger with more to do! Right now, it almost looks half finished when it comes to content and depth

Pass. But, in all fairness, I'll be passing most games until I get a job.

    Thank you for the video!
    I like your analysis
BUT (and please don't take this too harshly) your speech is very rushed, esp during rules/mechanics explanation, and it makes it hard to understand (aurally parsing, not the actual content)
You slow down somewhat in your conclusions and that is helpful
again, please take this just as a note to improve good content

Agree, interesting mechanic, but with not enough game around it.
