I've been watching Andrew's work for the last year or two prolly longer. Sometimes I fast forward just to watch later and see something I may have missed. Other times I watch 'em again because to be honest, Andrew is a high-light of the day rerun or not . I mean this guy is so smart, honest and wise beyond his years, respects his dad, he is super positive,( EVEN THE VIDEOS WHERE HE'S "DISSED", HE SHOWS NO ILL WILL), not like some you-tubers. Although one can tell he's angry he'll not lash out. good job dad,(THAT'S TO YOUR FATHER HE RAISED YOU PROPER WITH "OLD SCHOOL" AND A WHOLE LOTTA RIGHTEOUS MANNERS). GO TEAM ANDREW CAMARATA ! !

Andrew, i have been in mining and contracting for nearly 30 years but
every time i see another video of your i have to pause it and put the kettle on
its a joy to watch you work some old gear into doing magic
it shows you cant blame the tools for quality of work, its way more to do with the operator
and you show the break downs and even how you fix them
i guess a lot of guys respect that

Hey Andrew, I watch all of your videos and enjoy them! One thing I would like to recommend is that you bring a leaf blower to jobs like this one where a little bit of extra clean up would show customers that you really go the extra mile. I do a lot of landscaping type work and I always go back and blow dirt, grass, etc off of driveways, rocks, walls, and anywhere that it doesn’t need to be.

Hi Andrew, I see your uploading more videos lately. I know your busy and sometimes you can't do them every other day. But thanks. Your my favorite Channel. On this video here, I would like to compliment you on how well you spread stone while making driveways. I work for a municipality and have 10 guys, and there is not a one person that can spread gravel as good as you. In fact I never seen anyone that is considered a professional that can spread stone or gravel like you do. Your the best. And I mean that. Anyone who says different are stupid and don't know what it is like to have piles every 10 feet and then try to grade them out. Your RUclips friend James. And God Bless. Have a great day Andrew.

Your comment is right on the money! This man has talent akin to art. As a former Township Supervisor here in PA, I've seen the same kind of things as you, James, and Andrew has really got what it takes. I suppose the fact that he clearly loves it helps, LOL! I call him "Can-Do Andrew" because there's almost nothing he won't tackle - and complete. My favorite channel, too, hands down.

You are bang on the money here. The guy makes it look effortless. Me and a mate had to put out some gravel a while back and we quickly discovered it was one of those jobs that looks easy but quickly turns out to be impossible. We had a tractor with a bucket on the front but couldn't get it to fill properly from the pile of gravel. We couldn't get the bucket to tip the gravel evenly. Ended up with a bunch of piles all over the place which we had to spread by hand with shovels. Job was a nightmare for us two idiots but I see it can be done properly by someone with talent.

Now I know you have gotten much better cause I have watch about all your band have given them all a thumbs up, and will continue the do so, cause we all learn from the things we do, as you have to become more better at what you do, anyway have a great day and God bless ya 👍✌️

My concern immediately was all the dirt and water that will roll right over the top of that wall. Should have a minimum of 6 inch lip on back side. Also gravel ( or dirt gravel mix) would have been my first choice. Sediment will wash down anyway and grass or weeds grow as good in gravel as they do dirt and gravel would have been far superior for drainage. Great videos. Sorry, just my two cents : )

I the crew that built the wall wasnt a hardscape crew but just a mason crew. thats a stacked stone wall which isn't really correct for that application but it was done to match that existing wall. that is the reason there wasn't proper drainage or backfill because of the style of wall built. it was essentially a knee wall with dirt backup on one side. nice work though. i love the extra effort. i could never find guys like you to be foreman for my crews. well done.

I live in a rural setting similar to that. I have had the same retaining wall built and re-built that is 4 foot high in part. The building inspector never paid it any attention, even while on my property issuing permits for other matters. You are right, however, about the need to pay attention when building a retaining wall over 3 feet for higher. They become a different kind of animal.

Cutting it alittle close with the wide ramps of your tralier and the narrow wheelbase of your Ford. Its cool to see how the road has held up.

I think the wall should have been a foot higher on the low left end, the bank behind it is very steep where you put dirt over the wall. My opinion. You did good Andrew

You should quote them a price to lay gravel down to that oil tank. :) Thanks for sharing!

As you get more seat time on a box grader as some call it, you will see while working on slopes, turn around and push fill, tilt blade up from low side of slope, and self level yourself by filling in the void. This keep you from that flipping over feeling...work very well. Good work, work safe.

Awesome man! To top it off you should carry a nice broom and landscape rake for when you have to do the handwork instead of a normal rake
