    Workout:
    Warmup-
    RDL Airplane 2x5 each side
    Wall Scap Slides 2x10
    Squat to plate press 2x10
    Block 1
    RFE Lunge 4x5 each side
    TRX assisted split squat jumps 4x3 each side
    Groin adductor plank 3x8
    Block 2
    Bench or DB press 4x5
    Clap Push-up 4x5
    Chin-up 3x5
    Block 3
    Banded side shuffle 3x10 each side
    SL RDL 3x6
    Side Lung 3x6
    Shoulder press 3x10

    It's so good to watch these kind of video too, I miss going to the gym (here in Hungary you cannot go to the gym unless you a prof since november), btw impressive job guys and great content 😊 Lawson do you plan every workout for the team? 😊

    So question my guy, I’m fairly new to hockey but have fallen inlove with the sport. Is roller hockey compared to standard hockey the same as far as technique??

      For some people it makes there form 🗑 but if you don’t notice a difference try marsh blades
