Dreamcast is superior and arcade perfect. Best version from that era, but you gotta give merit to PS1, a console famous for being weak for 2D, handling a CPS3 game like this, when even the CPS2 ports were downgraded. Also PS1 received Capcom vs Snk 1 (Naomi/Dreamcast)....So with cutbacks and all, but PS1 got very decent versions of 2D games made for hardware superior to it, that even Saturn didnt received.

it was a digital download on PSN/XBL. They delisted years ago, presumably because capcom lost the Jojo license and Namco Bandai picked it up.
