Asalamoalikum sir I have dell latitude e6430 its shows that it is plugged but it did not increase the charging and sir jo light on hote ha jis se pata chalta ha ky laptop plugged ho gia ha wo bhii on nae hote but battery wale jaga pr plugged wala sign bana ata ha r charger ko charging waly point ko hila jula kr har jaga pr rok rok kr check krna parta ha kis jaga pr light on ho rae ha tab ja kr lagta ha. So, sir ca you plzz tell me what is the issue I mean that is there any issue with laptop or charger......??
Let me help you in this way,,,, Visit Dell website and in the driver section you will get BIOS software download it and plug you laptop on power charger and perform the action
