I just gotta say, a lot of people giving axl slack for not being able to sing, is just a bit ridiculous. Yes he doesn’t sound like he did back in the day but if you watch those old shows you realize how much he gave and how much damage he did to his vocal chords, and if you compare him to someone like Vince Neil he’s miles ahead. Still sings all the lyrics, just with a lot less power than 40 years ago, don’t understand how people can’t wrap their brains around that. It ain’t the 80’s anymore.
I k8nd of agree, alot of great singers who are now older say they could kick their self in the ass for singing and screaming so high in their youth bcuz nobody.can do that forever except very few There are a few freaks of nature like Ozzy who still sounds like he did 50 years ago weather ya like Jim or not, his voice still sounds like it did in BS. Axl sang so fukin high ya can't expect him to.do that still. I.think he did the best he could! Just happy we got to see them together one more time. Wish they would have let Adler play drums for old time saKe, or at least Sorum. Adler got fukd bad by rose. It took all of them time to kick their bad habits. He wasn't the only junkie at the time

(And as much as people wanna say he destroyed the band) yes he may have been batshit crazy at times but slash, and Izzy and duff were just killing themselves with alcohol and drugs while axl wasn’t. Which I think is a big misconception. And I do think that Adler deserves to be there especially now but he probably wouldn’t have made it out alive if he wasn’t taken out of guns.

He didnt 'lose' his voice like so many say, his voice aged and therefore changed, like we all do. GNR wouldnt be GNR without those 3 men in the front. Just my humble opinion.
I’m 27 and this is the kind of music I grew up on. I’ll always love the 70s 80s and 90s till the day I’m gone. Especially Guns N’ Roses! They’re my favorite band! Yes Axl don’t sound like he did in his prime days but he can still put on one hell of a show! The whole band sounds great!
GN'R was my favorite band in high school. I saw them 3 times on the Use Illusions tour. I can still hear moments of the old Axl watching this video, which is great. In this video he sounds better than I have heard recently, but you can see when they do some older stuff he struggles to sing. I always loved his baritone voice as much as he higher voice. I do have to say he's doing much better than Vince Neil.
He'll never sound like he used to. It's like Robert plant. They hit such difficult notes it's hard to replicate later on in life. But he sounds better than he did during Chinese democracy days. This was my first time seeing them. Grew up these guys my fav then moved on to pantera. So was bummed when they canceled cause I never saw the real deal live

GNR is my favorite band of all time. A little older but they are still rocking. Axl is as always doing his best, I find that sometimes his Mic doesn’t pick up his voice in certain positions. All is good except for the drummer that puts me to sleep. Great filming, thanks for sharing.

The music was good, especially Slash in action on lead guitar, also Duff on bass.Axl's low register sounds good and we can hear the song lyrics clearly here. I like to hear what a song has to say. Even if I disagree, or may not like it much.
You can see on the begging of the show, first song, IT’s SO EASY, Axl uses drive on his voice when screaming. So, he sings like in ACDC, or 90’s if he wants. He didn’t lose his voice. I know what I am talking about.

Really like how Guns N Roses played here. I just noticed that November Rain actually sounds really good now, with Melissa on back vocals, it actually sounds close to the album version. Which is something I don’t think they had been able to do in the past.

You might be one of those people who thinks the band should sound like they did back in the 90's still or something. They still sound damn good(seen them in 2016, 2017, and 2021)

@@eDuduofco batera é excelente e tá fazendo o que o trabalho pede, tocando num BPM confortável pros caras da banda, que já passaram dos 60. Qualquer outro batera aí teria que fazer a mesma coisa. Não dá pras músicas serem tocadas em andamento acelerado como se eles tivessem 20 anos, esse tempo já foi, aceita. Toda banda com a idade vai perdendo a velocidade ao vivo, pode conferir, a cada turnê as músicas do Stones ficam mais lentas. E isso não é problema nenhum.

In the song Slither, we clearly saw his perfect chest voice and his detonated treble. In the chest, the music flows with mastery, in the treble it simply disappears from the song!

Really like how Guns N Roses played here. I just noticed that November Rain actually sounds really good now, with Melissa on back vocals, it actually sounds close to the album version. Which is something I don’t think they had been able to do in the past.

@danstokes7930 November Rain and You Could Be Mine are classic GNR songs. I'll agree that Sweet Child of Mine has never been a very enjoyable song from them though. You might be one of those people who thinks the band should sound like they did back in the 90's still or something. They still sound damn good(seen them in 2016, 2017, and 2021)

Vcs viram que quando Axl inicia um show ele está com voz muito boa??? Por isso eu disse que se Axl fizesse um show mais curto de 2h no Maximo ou continua fazendo show de 3h mas aí da intervalo de um show pra outro de dias .... Também ficaria bom agora essa rotina louca deles de show aí não tem como segura...

@@eDuduofco batera é excelente e tá fazendo o que o trabalho pede, tocando num BPM confortável pros caras da banda, que já passaram dos 60. Qualquer outro batera aí teria que fazer a mesma coisa. Não dá pras músicas serem tocadas em andamento acelerado como se eles tivessem 20 anos, esse tempo já foi, aceita. Toda banda com a idade vai perdendo a velocidade ao vivo, pode conferir, a cada turnê as músicas do Stones ficam mais lentas. E isso não é problema nenhum.

They still give one hell of a performance. Axl deserves credit for trying to put on the best show he can, even with the voice issues and obvious age factor. Of course people expecting it to be like the early 90s are just being unrealistic.

1:57:19 Axl has trouble with vocals (goosey) so his microphone is muted.
In the song Slither, we clearly saw his perfect chest voice and his detonated treble. In the chest, the music flows with mastery, in the treble it simply disappears from the song!

Nossa... Acho que pelo ritmo de shows deva detonar com o Slash, porque os solos já não são mais os mesmos. A miação do Axl não há o que fazer, mas o Slash tá ficando muito aquém do que era há dez anos pelo menos... Meu ingresso pro show dele já está na mão para 1 de fevereiro aqui no Rio. Vamos ver se na pista premium consigo pegar a segunda palheta dele, pois tenho uma do show do Engenhão.
