Started playing Aerosmith songs when I got Guitar Hero: Aerosmith for my birthday many years ago. Always loved 'em since those days, and I even plan on seeing them live when they tour Europe next year! :)
Sammie Plante thats very cool. i fell in love with them when i was 12 and im old enough to be your grandma now and im still lovin them! mama raised u right!!
My older sister introduced me to this band in 1977, I was 10. I became a hard rock freak then and still am to this day...hard heavy rock n roll, that's it.
This guy Steven Tyler 69 years old and still singing in the same key as the original and still AMAZING. Most vocalists that sang this high in their prime would be singing significantly lower by this point. So, seriously who cares if he cracks in few times but its not meant to be lip syncing bubble gum pop dance musics, its meant to be rock and roll, real, and from the heart !! 😊
+Hey! It's Me! Probably because the entire band has been sober for so long and have actually taken care of themselves. Yeah, it doesn't "fit" in with the whole "rockin' roller" persona but hey, it WORKED ! Wish more bands had gotten a clue but oh well, we STILL have Aerosmith sounding as hot as they did in the late 70s and 80s.
+princessoffire1107 I caught Aerosmith live in 1978 with this same lineup here, and it's okay to joke about it now. The Guys don't have to take it seriously this far away from it. That night, it was if the band was given five different play lists. To hear five different Aerosmith songs at the same time, I guess they sounded pretty good - all 45 minutes of the show. Actually it was horrible. I guarantee they weren't happy about it, if the chemicals still allowed feelings. What we are seeing and hearing here is an entirely healthy and happy Aerosmith. I knew why there was something special about this band from my youth, so many decades ago. They pulled it together, like they never fell apart. Remarkable!
My wife and I were at this concert in Detroit, we are huge AC/DC, Van Halen , Motley fans, but when I heard Aerosmith for the first time I lost my mind.. These are the kings..
i’m 14, almost 15, it’s 2023, and i absolutely adore this band. Aerosmiths passion to keep going is truly inspiring. Hope i can see them live before they retire!!!
You should really check out the Night In The Ruts album. It's one of my favorites by Aerosmith and has a special place in my old back heart. It was not huge commercially but to me it's one of their best. Of course, Toys In The Attic and Rocks are stone-cold classics. Permanent Vacation is terrific and was their 'comeback' album and Pump is excellent too.
I have had a nightmare of a year and I am getting out of the 🏥 for what I hope will be the last time today. These guys have been a faithful support to me. I toured with them several times and they are the best friends s girl could ask for. I will love them both forever. They are the best entertainers ever
I've been listening to these guys since the 80's. I remember getting Toys In The Attic when I was in high school, years after the release, and being blown away by the music. The songs that DON"T get radio play are the ones that really sound great to me.
Youre sooooo lucky. Thought i was going to see them but Steve's voice got the best of him. They rescheduled for 2024 Florida only to break my heart with retirement 😢
I have to see them. It has been a dream of mine for 20 years. I thought I'd never get a chance and they would retire or might pass. They mean so much to me.
❤❤❤❤❤Dear God I Love this. There is no group like Aerosmith and no one who can sing like Steven Tyler. Only to have been there They are the best of the best ❤❤❤❤❤

There aren't many rock bands that can do what Aerosmith has done over 40+ years. And Walk This Way is one of the first commercially successful rap songs (with a sung chorus)

Its my goal to be HALF the power house and to look HALF as good my man STEVEN TYLER NOW! I'm 55 and I'd struggle, honestly I couldn't keep up with THE MAN. He's STILL GOT IT !!!
Joey was a machine. Shame Steven treated him like sh!t. He was always the annoying guy but still.. He was the machine in Aerosmith. How they locked him out of the studio etc.. Horrible. Now Steven Tyler has cancelled their 2024 tour because of long time voice struggles and I can only say one thing: KARMA MF!!
A great, great rock drummer. Wonderful syncopations and showmanship. Hes so good that even though he's sucking wind, he's somehow keeping steady time and energy. Joey Kramer is exceptional.
❤❤❤❤❤ Steven Tyler and And Aerosmith have been the best of the best since they first emerged on the music scene. Thank God Joe Perry and Steven Tyler met andthe rest is totally Aesome 😊❤❤❤❤❤
I was very fortunate to see them live 3 times before when they were still going strong as a band! Seeing them live is a much different experience than a video on RUclips playing live! Their shows are truly one of kind that nobody can top! If I were to play drums just once for Aerosmith that would make most of my life complete! 99% chance that will never happen but if it did my god I wouldn't know how my emotions would take it! I'm 21 Years old and I've been jamming out to Aerosmith ever since I was 13! I will forever be an Aerosmith fan regardless of my age Aerosmith will live on forever!
Today 08/02/2024 The Mighty Aerosmith announced the end of their touring. The "Demon of Screamins" vocal chords just can't go on. Thank You For ALL The Great Times and Memories Men!!
I am surprised to see Steven Tyler still singing like he did during his epic youth. wow! sounds exactly like original recording years and years ago. awesome!
thats why they are worth seeing not just hear in boston but everywhere unlike the jerks who dont play full out ... they should retire but aerosmith acdc and a few others stay awesome
@Miss Sunrise Well, Steves voice is still cool. But the Keyboard player is actually almost always singing along the high notes. That makes Steves voice sounding that well.
So cool. Steven Tyler never Seems old To Me. I love Aerosmith. This band Stands out As One of the Best that doesn't Get Worn Out. They bring Energy every performance.
You could easily see Tom Hamilton's skills at playing the bass guitar after 50 years at that point in his life. WOW! Bassist's are generally underrated and not appreciated nearly enough.
I watched this concert on Yahoo Nation the day it was televised live online for the world to see. One of my dearest friends (Stacy) worked with Aerosmith at this time as the tour lighting manager and she controlled the lights during this concert. I'll never forget this concert or Stacy. Through her I was able meet Steven and had the special opportunity to talk with him several times. ROCK ON AEROSMITH !
Aerosmith has always amazed me. I mean, I'm 41-years-old, and Aerosmith was an old band when I was a kid (they formed 11 years before I was born. That's 52 years ago. FIFTY. F*CKING. TWO. 5 years before my parents got married. 1 year before my dad graduated from high school. Steven Tyler is 6 years older than my dad, and 9 years older than my mom. Yet they're rocking stages in huge arena's while my parents can barely make it up half a flight of stairs). Then when I was in my early teens, they released songs like "Crazy" and "Cryin' ", and they blew-up again. Even then, I was amazed by their ability to remain relevant, and release huge hit songs for SO LONG. Then later, they blew-up AGAIN with "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing"...then later with "Pink"...and every single time, I was dumbfounded by their ability to accomplish what very few bands can accomplish, and that is to remain relevant across several generations, and release hit songs that very much appeal to each of those generations, WITHOUT changing their style or anything about themselves (though I admit they do seem a bit more "shiny" these days...but I think that happens naturally as something becomes more and more legendary). They're truly a timeless band, and I respect the hell out of them for that. The only other bands I can think of whose style is timeless in a similar way, are Tool and Metallica...neither of which have released anything really BIG in quite awhile...and neither of which has been around nearly as long as Aerosmith. Green Day has "staying power" too...but their style HAS changed. A few times, actually. I respect them, too...just in a different way. As for Tool...I'll always love everything about them. And Metallica?? Love their music...respect what they've contributed to rock music...can't STAND at least 2 of the members, and I especially dislike Lars. They're just dicks. Sad but true.
This video is really good in sound quality and camera footage-excellent. hats off to the band and film/sound/stage production…and of course all you Michigan Aerosmith fans!
@crashmarx Eddie Veder has a Rickenbacker that does that he said he played it once on stage. This was from a recent interview on the Howard Stern Show. Everyone should check it out its a great interview.
i remember that interview! i completely agree with that statement too...they energy they all manage to create on stage is craaaaazy and without a doubt unmatched
Saw them at the Michigan Palace around 1974 or so. You could tell they had the “right stuff” even back then when they were just getting started. WABX radio station sponsored them if I got it right. Long time ago but they’re still rockin.
It's rare that I sit through a whole gig on RUclips, but tonight I've had a few beers and this show compliments the beverages perfectly. Tonight is a good night. AEROSMITH ROCK MAN!! 🤘
Love Aerosmith! 😆😅 One of the Greatest Rock Bands in History!!!💜💙💛❤💝A true fan now..for over 42 years. Their music will live on forever in minds of their millions of fans Worldwide.🌏Long Live Aerosmith.😃
Kings and queens just kicked ass . Awsum lived it since brand new . It never got what it deserved . But hearing it again on this live just awsum .wow what memories thanks Aerosmith for all the years of rock and roll .
I am 61 and live in Canada. When I started high school I had David Cassidy's poster hanging in my locker, it did not take long by grade 10 David's poster was replaced by Steven Tyler. My last wish is to give Steven a huge hug for being my inspiration and steering my listening pleasures to walk his way 💖by far you have aged like a fine wine. Keep that train a rolling all night long, thanks Steven and Aerosmith you guys have written and played more of my favorite tunes than any other band. You are this 🦹♂🦹♀🦸♂🦸♂
was fortunate enough to see aerosmith twice in the 70s...most memorable show was at the Los Angeles forum toys in the attic tour...third row seats right side directly in front Joe. second concert was cal-jam 2 aerosmith was the headliner and they were touring on the draw the line album to this day one of my least favorite aerosmith albums...awesome to see the boys still together and sounding as good as ever.
Charles Hanes ive seen them in philly in the 70"s at the old jfk, then in 90 and forward, i was all grown up and got front row and third row center seats for 4 shows. that was cool!
I can't believe I finally found a full recording of this! I was at this concert! My parents got me and them meet-and-greet tickets with Joey, Brad, and Tom as a birthday gift. I was so excited when I saw it was being professionally recorded. I hoped I could find the recording sometime, but I never did until now! Thank you!!
You're so lucky omfg 😂 Aerosmith was on Finland last year and my dad said that we were going, but then he said no 😭 I've wanted to meet them since 3rd grade of even see them live
@@chrischampagne4307 Unfortunately, no. Steven and Joe charge WAY more for their meet and greet package. I think our Tom/Joey/Brad package cost, like $350, tickets and meet and greet included. And those three guys actually came out and chatted for a while with the group. We spoke to a couple that did the Steven and Joe package. I wanna say it cost something close to a grand! And they said they basically lined up, took a photo, got an autograph, and had to leave. So it doesn’t sound like that was a very good deal anyway!
killer show and Aerosmith is one of the very few rock bands that will play the lesser known songs and b-sides more so than any other band. Hell, even the crue only played songs off really 4 albums during their last decade of tours and don't even get me started with the boring set-list of KISS. I would give Paul Stanley all the money in the world if he would open with ANYTHING other than Detroit rock city. Long live Aerosmith!
Toys in the attic was the first album I ever bought. I would put it on my Sears record player every night (the speakers on each side of my head) and I can tell you every word to every song on that album!! Steven is one of only a handful of singers who can just belt out a song, no music.......and give me chills. Did I see Eddie Trunk at the side of the stage.....on Joe's left?
Brad carried that band back in the late 70's when Joe would be too fucked up on H to play. It didn't happen a lot, but it did happen and he never gets credit for what he did. The dude is soo humble. Back then if you heard a mean riff it was probably Brad!! It was so great to see Joe get sober and become a better player than ever!!
+Michael Reid Perry Man, ain't that truth? I remember Boston in 1977, --> through 86, best years ever!!! (**On the roof parties!) Hot babes from the U's? Are you kidding me!! Woohoo! :----) Big SMILE!
I still have the vinyl albums of Dream On and Toys in the Attic albums. They're beat up but intact. The pics of the band that are printed on the album covers are very cool! They are only in their 20,s on those albums. I remember when I purchased them at the Sam Goodys record store in the Smithhaven Mall in Long Island N.y
Such clean-sounding Live Aerosmith. Behaving themselves pays off for the members now. If a person works professionally in the Music Biz, keeping our blood and consciousness as sanitary as we can is a requirement, if you follow me. Steven will tell you.

Fantastic! One of the Best Band in this millenium! I love them and a singer like Steven will never born anymore!
He’s the best vocalist of our generation IMO.

Everyone you mentioned are great
They are a top 10 band. They aren't quite Led Zeppelin, Guns N Roses, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers or Metallica but they are up there.
How can anyone not love Tallarico and his crew. Absolutely love Aerosmith, ever since I heard Back in the saddle when I was a kid.

Great dummer
Steve Tyler is a real singer that will never need to use auto tune or any of that crap
I'm going to buy a V I p ticket For your dallas show. ❤❤ Can't wait to see you there Love you ❤ Hilda ross
First heard them in 1975. Loved them ever since🎵🎵🎵
❤❤❤❤❤ Steven Tyler and And Aerosmith have been the best of the best since they first emerged on the music scene.
Years old and I've been jamming out to
Aerosmith ever since I was 13!
Steven is THE BEST SHOW MAN!
💥💥ALWAYS BRINGS IT💥💥
I am surprised to see Steven Tyler still singing like he did during his epic youth. wow! sounds exactly like original recording years and years ago.
awesome!
Xñçxx
thats why they are worth seeing not just hear in boston but everywhere unlike the jerks who dont play full out ... they should retire but aerosmith acdc and a few others stay awesome
@Miss Sunrise Well, Steves voice is still cool. But the Keyboard player is actually almost always singing along the high notes. That makes Steves voice sounding that well.
I love Steven's voice, his charisma, his energy and his awesome outfits. WOW, he was 66 y o in 2014 but look at him!
So cool. Steven Tyler never Seems old To Me. I love Aerosmith. This band Stands out As One of the Best that doesn't Get Worn Out. They bring Energy every performance.
31:35 unbelievable how little his voice has aged. Just amazing. No other singer going as long as him, can still pull off songs like this.
He is struggling now. Cancelled the 2024 Tour. I think we`ll never see Aerosmith live again, I`m afraid.
Sorry, I realize how much you care about him, but no he isn't the same anymore...
I agree except for one thing. Have you heard of Bruce Dickinson?
amazing. I first saw them in 1975. they haven't lost a lick. talk about tough, and talented!:)
KINGS AND QUEENS !!! THIS MAN IS OTHER WORLDLY the whole band is sick ! LOVE IT
Steven Tyler and Mick Jagger, both around 70 years old....How the hell do they make it through a 2 hour high energy show? Amazing!!
Dean Steven is way better tho
Mick's 77 now lol
A Lotta PUSSY!!!!!
clean livin'
ROCK & ROLL, no energy on earth like them.
You could easily see Tom Hamilton's skills at playing the bass guitar after 50 years at that point in his life. WOW! Bassist's are generally underrated and not appreciated nearly enough.
❤❤❤❤🎉😮😅🌺🌺🌺😊🎶Great video! Thanks I’m just an old girl now, still love rock n roll (68yrs)🦋
So Fine to see a band still loving what they do after all these years. Kramer and Tyler on the kit.......priceless!!!!!
This is a band's band. Why? They make it look effortless and their talent is through the roof and never fades.
i have been since the 70's and Love and still am.I will never forget the good days and I have all of his Albums and CD's
Ac Dc are awesome and the rolling stones.
This video is really good in sound quality and camera footage-excellent.
hats off to the band and film/sound/stage production…and of course all you Michigan Aerosmith fans!
Blast zone they're actually from Boston
Not that it matters
It is very comforting to know that when the boys are dead and gone (not for a long time!) we will still be able to watch entire shows like these!!
You will never see a front man like this as long as you live!!!! Trust me I have seen over 500 live shows!
Ever see Freddie Mercury??!!
500.... dont believe
!Cuan grande y gratificante es, nutrir nuestra vida con las bellas melodías, compuestas para nuestro divino Padre Dios!
The best front man ever in the history of planet earth!!!
Tom's bass on Sweet Emotion... I've never seen a video screen pickguard before.. too awesome
@crashmarx Eddie Veder has a Rickenbacker that does that he said he played it once on stage. This was from a recent interview on the Howard Stern Show. Everyone should check it out its a great interview.
I love reading all the positive and Wonderful comments about the band ..... It gives me goosebumps!!!!!!!!!!!!
You just gave um back . Peace to you always.
Met Stephen Tyler when I worked at Busch Gardens years back super nice guy talked to him very approachable. Got his autograph too.
Первый раз увидела клип много лет назад по телевизору. Фантастически. Посмотрела с удоволствием.Спасибо.
I heard Joe Perry say some years ago none of us are a virtuoso but as a band playing we are truly unmatched.... I think he was correct.
i remember that interview! i completely agree with that statement too...they energy they all manage to create on stage is craaaaazy and without a doubt unmatched
i disagree but they are still cool
I don’t know if I agree, there is Steve and Joey that really stand out for me..
I think that he was being modest
Steve isn’t virtuoso?
These guys are crushing it because they’re still doing what they love....what brings them joy🙏
Saw them at the Michigan Palace around 1974 or so. You could tell they had the “right stuff” even back then when they were just getting started. WABX radio station sponsored them if I got it right. Long time ago but they’re still rockin.
I can not believe they had such a passion at such a age
Igual a esse jamais existirá!!!
Cada ano que passa ele fica cada vez melhor 😍😍🇧🇷🇧🇷
It's rare that I sit through a whole gig on RUclips, but tonight I've had a few beers and this show compliments the beverages perfectly. Tonight is a good night. AEROSMITH ROCK MAN!! 🤘
Can NEVER go wrong with Aerosmith!
I wish you all the best forever .
What did you watch?
Love Aerosmith! 😆😅 One of the Greatest Rock Bands in History!!!💜💙💛❤💝A true fan now..for over 42 years. Their music will live on forever in minds of their millions of fans Worldwide.🌏Long Live Aerosmith.😃
Maravilha ❤

I really need to see them live again. One of the best shows I've ever been to. That solo from Whitford on Kings and Queens is one of my favorites!
Thank you for letting me know when you like my comments 💕 Hilda 🥰
Thoroughly enjoyed that - and there's a Brad behind the scenes, well played Whitford. What a bunch of legends.
MAN! Without a doubt one of the elite OF THE ELITE CLASS ACTS OF ALL TIME! So x every time you
Three fingers bass 🔊 ♥️
Kings and queens just kicked ass . Awsum lived it since brand new . It never got what it deserved . But hearing it again on this live just awsum .wow what memories thanks Aerosmith for all the years of rock and roll .

Thank you everybody God bless you all and Happy Easter beginnings love you everybody😊😊❤😊🎉❤❤❤❤😊
The world is lucky to have recordings like this
I am 61 and live in Canada.
Sherry K ...Awesome Memories...
Tyler is the greatest vocalist/Front man ever !! Kings and Queens!! .. Hitting that high note at 66 ..Amazing!! Who does that!!??
viro523 he is.....the best front man ever. No doubt. Jagger? Ehhhhh ....Tyler's got the personality and..range edge. He gets my vote Everytime.
Tyler is a grood vocalist and frontman but i think that Freddie Mercury was the best :l but its only my opinion
viro523
Not Roth ;-)
Rafael Torrealba that’s one bad opinion.
@@lmfs4032 that’s not even an opinion that is basically a fact ,Freddie is on another level
Nice! Meet and greet tickets from your parents. This is a sign of good parenting.
You will never see a front man like this as long as you live!!!! Trust me I have seen over 500 live shows!!!!

Didnt meet and greet Steven and Joe?
@@chrischampagne4307 Unfortunately, no. Steven and Joe charge WAY more for their meet and greet package. I think our Tom/Joey/Brad package cost, like $350, tickets and meet and greet included. And those three guys actually came out and chatted for a while with the group. We spoke to a couple that did the Steven and Joe package. I wanna say it cost something close to a grand! And they said they basically lined up, took a photo, got an autograph, and had to leave. So it doesn’t sound like that was a very good deal anyway!
I love your hats and outfit ! also love. this train kept a-rollin song too. baby 💞 Hilda 🥰.
Steven Tyler ✨️ is the Greatest Show 🙌🏻 Man ever 🙌🏻 👏 ❤️ 💙 he controls the crowd and has everyone mesmerized !
They are still so tight up to this era. Damn great band!
killer show and Aerosmith is one of the very few rock bands that will play the lesser known songs and b-sides more so than any other band. Hell, even the crue only played songs off really 4 albums during their last decade of tours and don't even get me started with the boring set-list of KISS. I would give Paul Stanley all the money in the world if he would open with ANYTHING other than Detroit rock city. Long live Aerosmith!
Its funny. In the 70's they closed with this, now they open with it. BEST BAND EVER.
I love how Whitford just sits back and plays the crap out of the guitar. He's my guitar hero. Love Joe too, but Brad is it for me.
Erin Taylor Brad doesn't have the flash of Joe, but a great guitarist!
From what I've understood, Brad was also the mastermind behind all these classic riffs they put in Wings, Attic and Rocks
My very first concert was aerosmith @ Humboldt State university as a teenager, 17 years old I was, and it was my true ROCK OF WISDOM, for my life.
86 in philly
my first too,,blown away
Seen them 5 times including here
My very LAST concert was Aerosmith in Vegas in 2019 for my 57th birthday!
Lairs
Brilliant stuff and the great backing vocals have an impressive impact.
Dom
The amazing Steven Tyler Aerosmith he sang good as ever even though his at his 70's still rocks!I love Aerosmith forever😘😘🤗
Steven is better as Jagger and an emotional phenomen
Hoho! Me too
I saw you guys in the 80s in Knoxville Tennessee and it was the best show I ever saw
the best band ever I love Aerosmith
Respact to Joe, he show to Slash, that go on bro...!! What a wonderful band. Wish from Finland.
Yes my Scandinavian broski.....
The early 70s Aerosmith lineup is intact here in the 21st century teens. They are now teenagers with the rest of us - forever.
+Michael Reid Perry Man, ain't that truth? I remember Boston in 1977, --> through 86, best years ever!!! (**On the roof parties!) Hot babes from the U's? Are you kidding me!! Woohoo! :----) Big SMILE!
well said
Michael Reid Perry gh
Michael Reid Perry wow, that was really well put actually. Quite profound indeed
I freaking Idolize Steven Tyler, saw Aerosmith 3 times, could see them 300 times it'll never get old! Timeless!!! Badass!!!! Beautiful!
Aerosmith my first concert. I’m from the New England area, back then I had to drive a lot of miles but worth the 5 hour trip! Blew my mind!
I, alway's liked it when StevenTyler, got the crowd involved,This is the best one.
Such clean-sounding Live Aerosmith. Behaving themselves pays off for the members now. If a person works professionally in the Music Biz, keeping our blood and consciousness as sanitary as we can is a requirement, if you follow me. Steven will tell you.
So will Keith Richards and Mick Jagger!! LOL
Steven's voice is STILL...like warm maple syrup!
