Depending on the model, The return line either connects to the carburetor or on one side of the primer bulb. The other end of the line is fitted through a hole in the fuel tank. The line should be a very tight fit to avoid fuel leakage. Sometimes as the lines get older they shrink thus not fitting as tightly as they should causing a leak.

What seals the return line as it enters the tank?

@@bullitt773 on some there r two different sizes of lines you cant seal it gas lol and don't micky mouse it one pull booooom
My return line DOES leak and it's brand new. Any ideas please?
