I’ve hiked long days in Vivos without issues. Usual foot fatigue from hours of walking & scrambling but I didn’t want to change shoes. A few marathons too without any bad experiences.
Here's a revised version of your message, with corrections for spelling, grammar, and clarity: I have been wearing minimalist shoes for over 10 years (the Saucony Hattori was my first pair) and exclusively minimalist shoes for the last 4 years. I have been running exclusively in minimalist shoes since 2011 (and I never ran before, except at school). I’ve done 25 km hikes in a day wearing minimalist shoes (Primus Trail) without experiencing any foot soreness or pain (although my legs were sore and painful). When I switched to exclusively minimalist shoes (before, I was alternating between Camper Peu and regular shoes), I did notice some foot soreness on long walking days. However, four years later, my feet are indeed stronger, and they no longer get sore, nor do I experience foot pain that I associate with minimalist shoes. I have friends that I made them switch, and the switch has been followed by improvement in knee and foot pain, and has lead to no pain with minimalist shoes. So, I disagree with the statement: If anybody tells you that the pain goes away, that your feet build up and get stronger, and that you don’t feel it anymore, it's not true. I’m happy to learn from your experience that it might not always be the case. I always advise people who are switching to be very progressive (just go to the bakery-I'm French-5 minutes from your place first, then wear them for half a day every other day, and so on, reducing use if they feel pain or soreness). But from my personal experience, if you transition carefully, pain of wearing minimalist will not go away, you will just never experience it... Thanks for your video, it was good!
Very intriguing

I think its more about how we walk than making your feet stronger. But still even if we walk perfectly our feet are not shoes and they can get hurt.
Can you please share the names of the shoes that are in front of you? I like the look of all of them and want to see if maybe I can buy a pair or four
Good info. However, would someone please review Solomon shoes!! There the best and get no love! 11:45
