Quang, made this tonight for dinner. Big Yum!!! The meat was incredible- delicious, tender and full of flavor!! The other ingredients were perfect.. making Bahn Mi with the Leftover meat tomorrow…such a beautiful thing!!!

@Quang Tran I eat a similar dish at my favorite Vietnamese restaurant called Bun Bo Lui which is with grilled beef wrapped an onion. Besides that it has carrots, peanuts and cucumber finely chopped. The only thing is idk what type of beef they use and the vermicelli noodles. Is it the same noodles used for Pho? I know the noodles used are stuck together and they soften up when you pour the fish sauce around it.
Everything i watch your videos you make me so hungry I love spicy Thai flavours I make pickle carrot and white radish every week. There is nothing nicer than a crunch to food!!!!
