I love your trick with the solder and the beading it up! I never would have thought of that. I think I'll be lazy, and just use small yellow dots for stamen that didn't rise out of the flower. I can't wait to make the hyacinths and these.

I make a small loop at the end of the wire to increase surface area and use E6000 to glue it to the back of the flower. I cover it in part 4 of that particular video series: What to Create with Fused Glass Flowers: ruclips.net/video/GbCJUnURKLA/видео.htmlsi=jBt6tVhXsYAObYwb
It is a WEN brand. It wasn't expensive and I either got it on Amazon or at Harbor Freight- it's been so long ago that I can't remember. It's one of the tools used most often in my glass studio.
I bought mine at the Glass Expo in Las Vegas but I have also bought them from AAE Glass. Perhaps ask at the hardware store if they have an adapter for the chick (the part that holds the drill bits).

I tried to get 2mm bits they are all to small for my drill press where do ypu get ypurs
