- I share with you my newly acquired JDM 2002 Honda Integra DC5 Type R. An extremely rare example here in Australia as it stands as one of only three Japanese DC5 Type R personal imports in the country. This Japanese Icon is in pristine overall condition with only 120,000KMs on the clock, it is truly the perfect base and foundation for kickstarting a new RUclips build series! Honestly so excited to embark on this journey with this incredible machine!!

Nice DC5. The Type R wheels and center caps aren't rare at all. You can buy them brand new. I bought the center caps brand new for mine recently (NH0) and decided to get used DC5 wheels because I refinished them in Premium White Pearl (NH-624) to match the Acura RSX Type S paint in the US, like how the paint matches in Japan.
I just bought an 03 RSX base and I really fell in love with it. Looking forward to rebuilding it.

Hey @clay I had a red AUDM DC5 in Milano Red with the same Mugen Airbox, Mugen Headers, Mugen High Flow cat paired with a Fujitsubo Powergetter exhaust, it sounded great. I can only imagine how awesome what the JDM version sounds like with similar parts! Hopefully I’ll see your car around Melbourne some time!
I want one of these when they become legal in the states. Was always a fan of the Acura RSX/Honda Integra body.

I have a DC 2 that is in rough shape but I love the sound of the engine. The K series is definitely the best engine that Honda has ever made. But I feel like the B series sounds better.

Ironic that you would post this today, I've been kicking around the idea of buying one of these before the price spike hits them too. Im not sure if I want to finish the 1J R34 now and risk the prices of DC5s going up or get a DC5 now and finish the R34 later.
