Really Japan is a beautiful country.. And Japanese people are so humble and kindhearted. And thanks for sharing countryside ,culture, traditional dress, beautiful hotel.🙏😊
The view from the room shows a very beautiful garden. Such a yukata looks elegant, I like it. And I like the traditional Japanese architectural style. Sometimes it looks like the old houses in our country (which still exist) and sometimes completely different. I find it very exciting. Japanese fireworks are also very popular in our country. Especially in Düsseldorf, where there is a large Japanese community.
What a wonderfully informative video. I really enjoyed this and the detailed descriptions you gave helped me understand your traditions a bit more. The ryokan looked amazing. Thank you. ♥️♥️
Thank you for sharing this walk through history of Kinosaki Onsen Town. Your welcoming view of the garden was nice as well. In the room being served the food fresh, savouring it, I think you would feel as if you'd gone back in time, memories of the traditional street and Onsen's you'd visited waking up with you. Do you feel that way? You could sense the simplicity of placement, adding elegance. The Yukata also adds to that magic feeling. When you wore yours I thought I'd ask? Was the first time you wore a kimono as a child or did that happen for your coming of age ceremony. I was just curious. It's a style that has never faltered, one I find always makes the wearer, elegant, gracious and beautiful!! The town certainly had a lot of charm which you showcased pleasantly in your visit.!! I enjoyed spending time with you again. 🤗💕🤗

Hello Anna and thanks for the great video. What a lovely ryokan you stayed in. Very attentive staff and excellent food. I've got a question for you about onsens. How long should you stay inside an onsen? I made a mistake one time of staying for nearly 40 mins inside one and after getting out I felt quite ill and rather light headed. Take care as always and have a fantastic weekend.
@@travelloveranna The temperature was fine, in fact I enjoyed relaxing in the onsen. It didn't put me off from going again because I've been twice since.

no, not stupid :) the yukata from ryokan are the same. maybe only the size. but usually, the designs are different. and obi (for women) is more complicated. www.google.com/search?q=yukata+men+women&rlz=1C1CHZN_jaJP948JP948&sxsrf=ALiCzsZrPtYueI3uzauzWKR2bG5_D1biNg:1668863640656&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwju_-rDqbr7AhX8Q_UHHUyUC8IQ_AUoAXoECAIQAw&cshid=1668863670566336&biw=1280&bih=569&dpr=1.5
Sorry for this silly question - how do you take bath in the public hotspring or onsen? Like, do people really open all clothings and go naked together? Or is it allowed to wear bathing suit? Thank you. I've been to Japan several times but I've never tried onsen.
if we come together as a couple, can we relax together in the onsen, or is it seperate rooms for male and female? its not so easy if only one speaks a bit japanese.
It's interesting to learn that many onsen do not permit tattoos. Do people in Japan still think tattoos are only for criminals? It was like that in Australia until perhaps the 1990s but now they are very common.
Oh, it was like that in Australia? In Japan, young people don't mind so much but elderly people may not be comfortable especially when they see the whole body.haha and naked
You are Restless, keep up the excellent videos. And I noticed the new colour of your nails, it is soft and unintrusive and your hands look so nurtured and ladylike. Stay safe.
Hi Anna. May I know the name of the Ryokan you planned to stay in the next visit to Kinosaki Onsen? I think you've mentioned that it was fully booked. I couldn't get to book at kimowa bekkan as it's full on my dates. Would be great to hear your recommendation pls. Tq.
As a tourist wouldn't it be considered as disrespectful to wear clothes of heritage. Im actually curious cause I don't want to upset a country I will visit someday

@@travelloveranna thanks for explaining that to me, I am learning so much about Japan through these videos, about culture, clothing, food and even trains (I love trains-i lived across a railway line). Take care... cheers.
Muy hermoso Japón me encantan tus vídeos saludos desde México
Gracias
Is there English language on the information book in the room? I don't think so.
I guess not...
Hi friend
On your next video trying the New Otani Hotel & Westin Hotel in Tokyo they’re having a good season buffet they called Super Sweet Buffet so very unique

I always wanted to visit this hot spring
Please doooo!
@@travelloveranna sure will soon enough. Besides, on a side note though, yukata does not need tabi
@@GSU_Panther_Nation but these are for keeping you warm. Otherwise, ryojan doesn't offer you.

I paid more for a Cappuccino in Paris..😂
hehe that's a lot!
Wow,did you😮! You must be rich❤
Take care as always and have a fantastic weekend.
google says that the optimal time is 15-20 minutes )
@@Atipi4noe_Zlo Crap - I went double the recommended time. No wonder I didn't feel well afterwards!!
like that :) if you can't handle the temperature, you can get out after 10 mins or so.
haha! if you can't handle the temperature, you can get out after 10 mins or so. and repeat (if you want to) there's no "should" time
@@travelloveranna The temperature was fine, in fact I enjoyed relaxing in the onsen. It didn't put me off from going again because I've been twice since.

I prefer to live in the countryside than in the city.
For some reason, cities give me lots of anxiety and I'm always looking over my shoulder.
Hello Solo ❤️ Hope you are doing fine? Thanks for this beautiful video ☺️ It's always happy to know the culture & history. Enjoyed the full video. I think I need -- Need the hot spring "Goshono-yu" - "Water of Beauty" need luck in love ♥️ 😁 -- 素晴らしい週末をお過ごしください - お気をつけて❤️

@@travelloveranna I’ve been to Japan many times, but your videos makes me want to visit the destinations you feature! Thanks again and take care on your travels!
Kinosaki Onsen is truly a very beautiful place. I don't know exactly the meaning of some names ( like Ryokan, ... Onsen and so on ) but it's definitely worth seeing, dear Anna ... Thank you for sharing all this with us 😛 Can't wait for you next video 🎆🎇 Loved the fireworks too ☺
Ryokan is a Japanase style hotel and onsen is a hot spring
me encanta ver tus viajes y así conozco tu pais
Gracias!!
Sorry for my stupid questions, but is it any differ between men and women ukata? And is it normal when tourist wear ukata?
no, not stupid :) the yukata from ryokan are the same. maybe only the size. but usually, the designs are different. and obi (for women) is more complicated.

How did your plan for each trip?
Hmm...either 1. a place where I want to visit 2. for my work
เคยไปมาแล้วชอบมากค่ะ

What you call minimum amenities would be a lot in North America. lol We usually just get soap and shampoo in a hotel. Maybe some q-tips.
hehe xD
Sorry for this silly question - how do you take bath in the public hotspring or onsen? Like, do people really open all clothings and go naked together? Or is it allowed to wear bathing suit? Thank you. I've been to Japan several times but I've never tried onsen.
May I ask the original ryokan that you wanted to stay ?
www.nishimuraya.ne.jp/honkan/ :)
if we come together as a couple, can we relax together in the onsen, or is it seperate rooms for male and female? its not so easy if only one speaks a bit japanese.
usually, male ad female are separated unless they have unisex onsen.
Lovely.
Thank you!
Im sorry anna im watch late
OMG! you have to No.1 for the next video.lol
You are Restless, keep up the excellent videos. And I noticed the new colour of your nails, it is soft and unintrusive and your hands look so nurtured and ladylike. Stay safe.
Thank you! You too!
Where is this town?
Kinosaki
Hi Anna.
May I know the name of the Ryokan you planned to stay in the next visit to Kinosaki Onsen? I think you've mentioned that it was fully booked.
I couldn't get to book at kimowa bekkan as it's full on my dates. Would be great to hear your recommendation pls. Tq.
@@kimloo8380 I wanted to stay in "Nishimuraya" but it may be full as well :/

Ur life. My dream.
Oh...thank you!
I so envy you❤
xD please visit Kinosaki!
As a tourist wouldn't it be considered as disrespectful to wear clothes of heritage. Im actually curious cause I don't want to upset a country I will visit someday
They don't mind your clothes at all. Just wear the normal clothes and you will be fine.
Stop being a winey liberal. It’s not cultural appropriation it’s paying homage. Grow up
浴衣の着方が残念😢
