    As Central Ave changes through these years, this will be a great reference point. Thanks for creating and posting.

    I feel St Pete is the better city between Tampa and St Pete for the most part. Pinellas over Hillsburrito also.

    great video. Its always cool to see your area from a tourist stand view. Why do people always compare Tampa side to St Petersburg side? There is no difference. Tampa St Pete and Clearwater developed the same time so they look the same. The northern part of Pinellas county and most of Hillsborough county developed at the same time along with Pasco county so they look the same. The only difference is the line on the map but these areas all melted together decades ago.

      I have to disagree. I lived all through out Pinellas county and Then in North Tampa and there are significant differences that characterize each area. Pasco has low income homes and dirty beaches, North Tampa is for young families but boring, south Tampa is pretentious but great food and night life, clearwater is touristy and congested, largo/Seminole is just meh, st Pete has the best downtown, best restaurants, decent night life, amazing beaches but crap schools.

    Since there is no dialog, perhaps you may think about adding music. Hearing wind is not too exciting.

      This area is where the bums, homeless and panhandlers all hang out begging for spare change, as if there is "spare change."

      Mike Werner. That's nothing compared to Colorado Springs CO. Every corner all day long. Im shocked he went that long without more.

    At 16:46 what road does that bridge carry?

    • @davidanthony8365
      @davidanthony8365 8 лет назад

      That bridge was interstate I-275. It runs north and south through St Pete and makes traveling all around dr Pete very convenient

    I would have liked to hear about these parts, some wordage would give this a real tour feel. I was thinking of checking it out as a place to live but I heard nothing about it. I didn't hear about the lifestyle, economy or anything indigenous to the area. I think saying something about this drive would have been a big plus for me.

      St Pete is almost entirely surrounded by water, so the people who live there generally enjoy the beaches, fishing, boating and all water sports. In my opinion st Pete is much nicer than the Tampa area and has so much more to offer. Downtown is vibrant and beautiful and the beaches are amongst the best in Florida. Best restaurants in the whole Tampa Bay Area too

      Barbara, yu don't want to live here. Today is 2/9/18 and I've been here since 9/23/1959. t just keeps going downhill. For get this place as a place to live. Home of the newly wed and nearly dead.

      Unfortunately, with multiple high-density housing construction projects, St Pete is losing its small-city charm and character. Parking is becoming increasingly difficult.
