    It kills me how so many sets stop at 7/8 and 19mm.

      It's the majority of what needs to be sold. 🤷 Kills me that Montezuma sells a "road box" that can't hold much more than 1" sockets and wrenches. Even a farmer uses bigger sizes than that most days.

      I always check for 18mm. 😅 half them skip 18 ad useless 19mm lol

      What's worse is when they skip 19 like and go to 21 or end at 18. Keep seeing that lately and wtf man

    The thing I hate with tools is laser etching, that cheap stamp wears off to easy, then the tool supplier wont warranty it because they can't ID it. A quality tool is pressed in and there to stay.

    I gotta make it to SEMA next round! So many new products that look fantastic.
    I wouldn't mind the idea of foam tool organizers, if only they used minimal space. Especially in the Harbor Freight video at 11:51 there is a plastic box with maybe a 1" border, and then the foam has huge blank areas. I toss all that shit because it takes up too much room in my tool box. I'm sure they consider that while trying to market these 20' long tool condominiums. I really like the VIM socket rails. I have half old Snap-on rails (the heavy ones), half new Snap-o rails (the chicom version) and half plastic rails. I think they all suck, but these VIM look very interesting. Unfortunately, I would have to spend a couple thousand to redo for all my sockets! Thanks for the videos, very helpful. Cam, don't be playing with the dudes dangles! LOL

    Really need VIM to make more SAE tools, those flare nut wrenches would be clutch if they came in SAE.

    Koken has a set of 1/2 and 3/8 in impact and regular double. Swivels. I think they say they go up to 55 degrees. They don't exactly give them away either universal swivels are $45-$65 and 3 week wait for delivery.. however once you get them you'll thank me...

    I have a bunch of those magnetic rails. I have them for all of my swivel impact sockets, torx, long torx, internal torx, blue point twist sockets etc. They are expensive but they are the best socket rails on the market. So many socket rail or socket tray systems waste a ton of space in a tool box. If you ever calculated the price per square inch or cubic inch of a Snap-on tool box you will start to think twice whether you need a bigger tool box or a better system of organization. Throw out them blow mold cases and gigantic socket trays Snap-on gives you.

    Pretty sure that 3/4 ratchet is the same as matco. Probably a cheaper option than buying a matco, lord knows matco doesn't make it themselves

    • @markm0000
      @markm0000 6 месяцев назад +1

      If you can prove one tool that Matco fabricates themselves you win the internet for today. I never get on that truck it’s just like the Cornwell truck. Overpriced Amazon tools for dummies.
