I just got the trio a week ago and found your channel while looking for demos. Your stuff is beautiful and inspiring 💚 but I keep cracking up because we've got the exact same moon lamp sitting next to it
Meditative but with movement maintaining interest. Love the 'thick string' texture you created on the 'beat' line and how the 'dancing' line had contrasting texture. I enjoyed it, a lot.
Glad you enjoyed that! Thank you. Indeed, I think the Microcosm does really well if it’s ‘played’ with during performances, it makes a big difference. ☺️🙏
I've played these videos at least 10 times each since I discovered them! Love your sound. Can I ask what your routing is from each Moog to pedals to Mixer or DAC? Just got myself a Mother 32 & Subharmonicon, your videos sealed the deal for pushing the checkout button haha
Hey late to the party here but man it's an awesome party. I'm wondering if you could help me get the bass tone you seem to get from your Subharmonicon? I can't quite get that low bass you're creating and it's beautiful.
Quick question from a newb.. How is your Moog run into the Space pedal? 1/8" out on the summing mixer? Into the input channel (1/4") on the Eventide, then out from Eventide into your interface, also 1/4" ?? Thanks for any info you have to share!!
I can answer this everything is done on the Eurorack modular Moog Studio (DFAM, Mother32, and Subharmonicon) each unit has a built in sequencer. He uses three effects processors the Boss RE-201 Space Echo, The Eventide Space, and the Hologram Microcosm. Personally I connect my studio into a audio interface the Presonus 1824c and use similar effect plugins in Personus Studio One Version 6. Hope this helps. He has done quite a few songs like this and all are very well done. It takes a lot of learning and trying to come close. I have recreated a couple.
Your stuff continues to be amazing. Thanks for great music. I look forward to an album of these songs.
Thank you Jay, much appreciate it. Just sorting out a few things mastering wise, then i’ll update you all for for the release! 🙏☺️
Also looking to an ambient Moog album!
Good news! Here we go: ab85.bandcamp.com/album/moog-sound-studies-pt-1
As someone who recently got into the hobby, and bought the Subh, Dfam and Mother, I love this!
Thank you 🙏

Another Fantastic Production.
Awesome work, what a wonderful production with the Moog, thanks so much for posting.
You ever like someone's shit so much that you don't want to be influenced by it........yeah.....that's the boat we're in man. so good.
Happy to hear that Domi, thanks very much! 🙏

Thanks very much for the listening and the positive feedback Mikel! 🙏☺️
Really nice!!
Thank you!
Very nice those Moogs + FX sounding really good.
Thank you very much! ☺️🙏
Beautiful, the Microcosm towards the end though, really enjoyed that.

Great dfam patch.
Sounds a bit string like, guessing you’ve synced VCO 2 to VCO 1 with some small amount of fm1-2.
Thanks very much, yes spot on, love doing that!
You deserve more subs
Thanks Nicko, I’m just happy to be able to share my music with all of you. 🖤
Please tell me how you got that great lighting? The track was great, perfect way to start my morning!
Thank you! Ahh yes, I’ve got a setup of lights with various filters that I have built in the studio. So I just work off that. 😊
Does your mixer have three separate sends, or do you have the microcosm, space echo, and Eventide Space chained?

All my fx pedals are on sends on an analogue mixer. So I can individually send any signal to either three. ☺️
@@ab85music which mixer do you use? Also, I am absolutely in love with your videos. They are so unique and incredible. Thank you for them!
You bought a new microcosm? Very cool! Do you connect one pedal for each module?
Thanks! Yes indeed! I’m running the pedals on Aux sends from an analog mixer. ☺️
@@ab85music awesome! So hologram for 1 module, re201 for another and space for another? What a dream setup mate :)
@@javiermeza2557 exactly! Then I adjust all the amounts individually via the mixer to get the balance just right. Thanks!
Are you using a midi keyboard or is everything managed via the moog?
