Ever since I started trying to get better at counter-strike, I’ve been intrigued by the idea of working with a coach. But I always felt like it wouldn’t be worth it for a lower skilled player like myself. Like won’t I just get better if I play more? Isn’t it kind of embarrassing to spend money on something I actively suck at? I’m not sure why exactly I’ve made these judgments. After all, hiring a coach or tutor is an accepted practice for novices in all sorts of hobbies and activities - so why not competitive video games? After waffling for a bit, I decided it would be easier to justify this to myself by making content out of it, so here we are.

Hard to believe you ve got 17500 rating
the mm rating is all messed up. with that being said, he's learned a lot
He has but in EU you get bots like these maybe 1 in a 100 games. US players are a bit different..
A coaching video a day keeps my gold nova tendencies away

I think the condensed version works extremely well for more frequent uploads but the occasional full map/longer video wouldn't hurt either
agreed, we want to see the good stuff and the bad stuff can't always get both in the condensed format
Time for some hardcore backseat gaming 😈😂
i enjoyed the format for this video. still tons of great info and it's probably easier to focus on key rounds and takeaways when you trim the demo down. great video as always!
Great work dude. Been loving following along.
Ppl seem to prefer condensed format vids and they are great but i still prefer seeing the match from start to end . Cheers and co grats on 17500 primier rating thats huge from when i first ssw you playing not that lokg ago awesome to see someone actually improve that greatly.
condensed is fine. tks for the videos, great series.
I like the shorter ones focusing on a specific part of the maps
I feel like the condensed games are just fine at this point. Either way I would probably watch and just skip over parts that feel boring or repetitive 😄 Keep up the videos and it is cool to see the progress
I liked this kind of video alot, since I didn't know how to defend that ramp properly either. This could be easily applied on different maps on other positions for either T or CT. Pretty cool format tbh :)
Still loving the content and thankful cause im learning new stuff with you. Also idk if you remember but i commented a a month and a half ago, after i had my acct hacked and $1600 in skins stolen. Happy to say im back up to my inventory being worth a lil over a $1000. It sucked atm but now it gave me new ideas for my ct and t loadouts 😊. Long story short, keep doing what youre doing, and keep grinding everyone. Good luck
The Premier ranks are screwed lmao.
Love the vids! these are really helpful for small reminders and tips!
thanks for video it's all time informative and intresting also how i think u can make playlist for this course
Might be a too much effort but I would be good to have a before and after thing - like your next video is you implementing what you learned on that map and we see the results, outside of a coaching session with just you reflecting on it.
Thanks for the great session, can make cross haur more visible it’s hard to see thanks
we making it out of bronze with this one
Is there a video in this series where he plays in dust 2? Im a beginner who only plays dust 2 for now and would love to see how pros navigate through that map
I mean Dust II is not played by pros rn bcs its not in the ranked map pool and the only way to see how to play dust II is by watching "old" Dust II matches from tournaments.
@@ChrisTheAnimal ohh I see, didn't know that, I've just been playing with my friends and the only map we've been playing is dust 2. I'll try and have a look at the old dust 2 videos then, thanks
no dust because it's not in the ranked/active duty pool but if it comes back we'll do it!
im glad u asked this question cuz im in the same position
For u all, wondering what map chose to learn the game, I would recomend mirage if u like some easy map and at the same vibe as dust, or for me vertigo cus its fast, and all is happening instantly
It drives me crazy watching the weapons bugging out on demos.
Èclipse with a slaughter? You should get some red gloves lol. Or some slaughter handwraps. It hurts my ocd 😅
not eclipse - look more closely lol
What level are you right now lasagne?
17k / lv4
How much does the coach improve your game versus your own training/motivation to become better would you say?
he gives great advice but it’s up to me to put in the work and practice.
