Good romantic comedy short film. I like how this one ended on a more positive note as opposed to a lot of other LGBT short films I have seen. Break ups hurt like shit for real. Finn (Aaron M. Davies) is an attractive guy, I would happily be his BF. He was certainly lucky to have supportive friends who convinced him not to throw in the towel for good. Finn and Truman would make a nice couple I think. Life is too short to mope about lost love. When one door closes, another one opens! That was one sweet kiss 14:11! What Truman did was a bullshit move though. Pity he and Finn did not hook up in the end. Still, I enjoyed this one!

Great short film. This was so much better than some full length features I've seen.
Good friends who try anything to make him feel better. A little unorthodox, but they still tried. That's what counts.
Nice that he met up with Thomas in the end. Hope they became a happy, loyal couple. 💓

I feel for this guy. I have been rejected too a lot. But, maybe for him he should of just made friends with them instead of dating them. I am happy to be single but I do want a relationship to, but guys out there are to self-centered bitches. Sorry not all but just the ones that live near me. I can see why this guy does this.

So, the movie is not so great because the "characters" are smoking! I think I'm missing something here, but that's OK because Paulo figured everything out: the movies where the characters are smocking are no good!

That would have made more sense if the main character weren't that good-looking and if his friends had just rolled their eyes and waited him out instead of believing a hot college student was actually going to give up love for the rest of his life. The friend is twisted and needs help. Paying someone to hit on the guy you have a huge unrequited crush on is coo-coo.
Omg throughout the whole video I kept asking myself who the main character was I almost went crazy turns out I know him from both Another Gay Sequel and Lloyd Neck

Wow, Aaron Michael Davies! I just saw him in an awesome Casper Andreas film, BETWEEN LOVE & GOODBYE. It was a supporting role. But, he did an excellent job. A very talented actor I must say. :)
The same exact thing happened to me, but mine was a 5 year relationship. I went to a party with some friends and we were standing next to another group of guys when one of them said to another - ' so, I hear your going out with (my bf)'. I nearly lost it right there because we were still living together. My friends rushed me out and I went straight to my bf and confronted him. It was true. Worst night ever!!

I kept waiting for the twist to be that the story was not actually about quitting men but quitting smoking. The time they took to show them light the cigarettes made it less natural and more like a subplot to the film.
Yes! I thought the same thing! Like he'd quit and some guy would meet him and say "I thought you were cute but the smoking turned me off. But now . . .

Finn should be a model. Diesel jeans yup just jeans ahh maybe a beanie he looks good in that too:D but anyways. I woulda liked this more if he had just gone with the more obvious Truman. We always over look what's right in front of us. I don't know why he was so shocked to see Thomas at the end its not like they had any kind of connections other than seeing the top of his head (school?) lol only 3wks for that much heartache umm idk bout that :( but I still loved this short keep it up!

The acting was indeed terrific! I wish people would stop bitching about smoking.........If I hadn't gotten lung cancer 4 yrs ago, I'd love to light up one of my "Mores" LOL

And why do they need to smoke at all? It doesn't add to the story -- it actually makes it worse.
This film had such potential; you had a great looking cast, beautiful filming, a wonderful soundtrack, but a horrible script. To think a group of friend's lives could be so lacking as to allow one friend's short lived relationship to dominate the groups dynamics. The drama that ensued to get him back into the dating world was ridiculous. What an unrealistic storyline.
This is awesome. I want more!!!!

I was going to say I loved that Finn's healing didn't require a guy...until the last two seconds of the video ruined this satirical, awesome hipster gay movie...ugh...edit that guy out at the end and let Finn walk away with a smile over rekindling his friendships and realizing he was his own worst enemy...ughh...

I liked it! Everything about it. I thought the acting was fine and the script accomplished what it set out to do. I thought the characters were funny and comfortable in their respective rolls. For what was a low budget film, it was presenting another angle to someone who was insecure in their acceptance of a pitfall in their life. Anyone disagreeing is ok with me, I just happen to like it. Always happy to see good efforts in gay cinema.
