Thanks for the video! Would you recommend this over the TTartisan 25mm/f2?

Yeah this is a bit more consistent across the frame but neither are perfect

Placed an order for one this AM, should be here tomorrow. For $69, what the hell, if it doesn't work out I’ll return it. I normally do not care for 3rd party Chinese glass, but again for the price, might as well see what it can do. I like to shoot in venues where cameras are frowned upon, save for small rigs and smartphones. I’ll attach it to my X-E2 and see what happens.

I got weird problem with this lens, some photos come out like taken with a diffusion filter. Out of focus (focus is set absolutely properly) and background parts of the photographs is blurred especially in places where sunlight enters. I shot f/8 - f/11
    Very weird 😮

I got that too. I noticed the focus in some of my photographs is inconsistent, while in video mode the focus seems much more uniform

I wonder if it's going to be easy to find a screw-in lens hood for this lens?

Just need to find the right filter size. Can get for cheap on Amazon

@@MattJacobsweird but my copy actually came with a really nice all metal Leica style lens hood and it looks sick. I’ve really been enjoying it so far. Got mine from Amazon about a month ago.
