I think they know that. That's why it's in quotes, to say it's so-called Christianity. But such as that so-called christian minister, if they want to make up their own religion that's contrary to what Christianity teaches, call it something else. The name "Christianity" is already taken. But no, they want to change the vast majority of it and still call it Christianity.

At least as far as the national settings and seminaries of the church go, this is spot on.
I mean...it could have been most congregations of any one of the dying, theologically "liberal" denominations. ELCA, United Methodists, most Episcopalians, PCUSA, etc.

I will recommend this more broadly, but for this same concept with a decidedly Eastern flavor, check out Bible Illustrated and associated channels. Bojan (Serbian Orthodox) is a great artist with a sharp, dark sense of humor, yet very humble. You might like his comparison of Orthodoxy and Atheism 😉, and my personal favorite, the Bad Reasons to Convert to Orthodoxy.... Enjoy!
