- What application do vtubers use? What's the How-To-Guide to be a VTuber?My journey started with downloading the Vtube Studio App and loving shaking my head to make the dog model dance. It was adorable, and I explored more from there. Your journey may look different! Maybe you'll absolutely love pngtuber apps or 3d vtuber ones!

Ty!! oh no does it?? Is it that if you want to connect to pc for an unlimited time you must pay for pro :( (great mention! i forgot about this) Are you still able to use it for free outside of that?
I mean yes you can use it without pro but what is the usage if you can only track your face for a couple of min 🥲
To play around a bit surely it's enough but for people who want to stream or something it's not really usable because everytime you need to reconnect to your PC :c

@@ItzFroggy256 I think that if u want to connect it to ur computer u need the pro but if u use it only on ur phone it should be free? (I may be wrong about this I’m not a 100% sure)
Hey guys! different options for tracking your vtuber is a whole nother convo BUT! You may be able use VTube studio and webcam tracking for free on desktop application if you have the NVidia RTX GPU. If you download VTube Studio - NVIDIA Broadcast Tracker you can start trying out the webcam. It is a free option for now. This way you won’t need to go through phone tracking and its limitations (if ur not using the pro version). Let me know if this isnt right! Though I believe this is a work around, I haven’t tried out webcam tracking before to see how it works myself. I may be missing something

I don't even really want to be a vtuber- I kinda wanna find a way to port it into discord and use it for my dnd campaigns. Make models for all the characters, and for my dmsona, and ham it up. We have a music bod for soundtracking, a huge custom soundboard, i love going the whole mile for my campaigns!

Thanks for the great content; the sound of your video is really nice ! there's no extra noise from the background; what did you do to have this good sound ?
In obs (recording software) there is a mic filter for noise suppression for your mic! I use RNNoise option. I do use it on and off it’s great for making videos but when ur streaming sometimes it’ll cut off me yelling or when my voice gets really high, it’s good to keep that in mind!
You can also try out noise gate

Sorry a bit late to this party. First off thanks for helping me/us get set up on this program. Second I wanted to know if Virtual webcam is an addon, can't find an option for it in the Android phone version.

over the last year i've been peeking into this vtuber stuff but there's too many moving parts and it's not easy to just start. it reminds me of web development from 20+ years ago. the setup is what destroys 95% of people who are out there wanting to learn.
out of all apps people mention i only use discord and only for messaging and very rarely screen sharing. when i started learning about vtubing i figured i need to know, obs, live2d, have an iphone, get vtube studio, set up all those things just to get started.
at first i just wanted to lipsync images of mouths to show up when i talk. no face, no body, just the mouth and i want to make that work flawlessly.
now, i figured that i need an app like honk or veadotube, but they don't work on a mac.
so, if i want to run the whole thing on mac, i think i have to do th difficult part and make a rig for the mouth in live2d that can sync into live audio. that part is very discouraging.
Yeah, from Ai-Chan, I only know about mmd software, which was many years ago. But now, we got so many vtuber softwares to choose from, beside just mmd, hmhmhm...
vtube studio app requires you to have vtube studio pro to stay connected to your phone for more than 5 min just saying

I have seen a lot of people use some tipe of app for the v-tuber model but i don't know what app they use

If u want to use ur pc and webcam tracking I think that’s free. If it’s all within the vtube studio pc and you don’t mind the watermark. Vtube studio said you can crop out the watermark as well

Oh yes!!! You’ll need nvidia broadcast tracker I think? It’s on steam. If you want to still use vbridger that can also connect to webcam!
Vseeface is a free Vtuber app i dont know if they have it on phone tho.

I love it but it doesnt move too well and i dont know how to change the clothing and hair and all of that and she keeps moving i dont onow how to change that❤

To make your avatar you need an art program that can export as psd and Live2d to animate! Vtube studio is just the place to use an already made vtuber model
Are these app only for apple and macbook?
Nope! You can use them on ur pc/laptop/android. If you don’t want to track with your phone you can also use webcam facial tracking

How to I move my hands on mobile?
You need a hand tracker to move hands. Most 2d models aren’t made with hand tracking option so it’s good to make sure that is possible with your model

Is there a way to invest in in up in coming vtubers?
Example: Give a prospective vtuber $5,000 (to cover start up costs), and they agree to give you 5% of all profits they make.
This puts all the initial risk on the investor, BUT could have huge returns. And it benefits the vtuber insofar as they don't owe anyone money unless they make it.
