Alex Enschede Double Dragon 3 was ok on NES, but it was a bit weird how they had those other characters that you had to use instead of having additional lives...
+Hemant Samtani The SNES DDIV came close to being something special. It has some neat gameplay mechanics going on but it was rushed. Even the more polished Japanese version is a lot of unrealized potential. It's still a really fun beat em up to play especially if you can get your hands on the Japanese version. DDIV has a very fun fighting engine/mechanics that I think just needed more time to be polished and refined.

i have double dragon 3 when i was kid she was amazing but double dragon 2 is cool too i like it and i remember dd2 one friend have it her when we was kids i play her small time but i never finish dd2 i finish only dd3 she was more easy then dd2 and looks little more cool on the little graphics things and on the hero atacks and moves are more good in dd3 but this two games are the best for me too i have best memories with dd2 and dd3 i know what you mean it was amazing days

On mission 2 i always marveled at but never quite appreciated how well done the city background is despite their limitations. They create a sense of depth and life. Like theres little people living in each one of those lights.

I love this game. For many reasons. The controls are smooth, the hit detection is great, the difficulty is well-balanced, and you start off with three lives and multiple continues. That's what I call a well-balanced and well-designed game. In conclusion, it's only fair to say that Double Dragon II was and always will be a much better game than Double Dragon III ever will be.

I like performing the high knee and the spin kick in the double dragon games. not only is the spin kick and high knee epic but they also make the double dragon games so much easier. not that the games were really hard to begin with though.💪
I put alot of time into this game, fully experience what it had to hold. Jumping from platform to platform, fighting entertaining bosses, and just trying to kick some royal ass.
