Looking good fam! I'm in the middle of putting together a turkey leg recipe compilation video, so that made yours pop up for me. Believe it or not I've done turkey legs 2 or 3 ways but I haven't smoked them yet. I have one recipe using smoked turkey legs but they were the pre-smoked joints. I need to get on this!

@@CookingwithManualFocus where did you find your fresh turkey legs from? I can find them here in Dallas but only a few places and they run out quick. Plus they only come like 3 in a package. They're on the small side too but I actually like the size.

Sorry that your Thanksgiving didnt turn out. You are righ.t there are definetly dry turkeys out there. But good you were able to get a good plate in there. To be honest its all about the technique and the right temp. But yes this was absolutely delicious fam!

I normally find mine at food lion or walmart. Walmarts are usually bigger but they go quick! I try to find out their truck days and go by in the AM.
