I do not know Tim. I have never met him. Yet, because I do appreciate the value of these videos, I am going to send him the cost of a cheap matinee ticket (as I have done previously) because I would prefer to see these vs. actually going to the theater. Very educational. Consider sending the man a buck so he continues making them.

Thanks SO MUCH. You're most generous. And you're correct. If enough people were donating, I'd do videos four hours a day. But at this point, I do them when I can HOPING people catch on. THANKS AGAIN!

It is amazing how little most people (including myself) know about septic tanks. For example, in the drought, the only area we had green green grass was over the septic field. I use bleach to clean my front loading washer but no other bleach or anti bacterial cleaners. (The septic inspector said minimal bleach on occasion would not hurt but stressed minimal meant less than a cup. What are your thoughts?

I think I was crystal clear in the video. :-) I thought I said, "No chemicals."

@@askthebuilder yes that was clear - as you can see i am struggling with the whole “cleaning” the front load washing machine. Edit: I hate the Tide washing machine cleaning powder.

@@Missing_Xindi Well, What about a little bit of liquid dish soap and a soft brush? Bleach will kill the bacteria in the tank that's eating all the stuff from your body.

Great information. What about toilet cleaners or bleach?

:-) I thought I was crystal clear in the video (crying eyes LOL emoticon) "No chemicals." I use regular liquid dish soap to get my toilet bowls perfectly clean.

Got it! 😜 I never thought about using dish soap as a toilet cleaning. Thanks!

    Has someone bought this house?

I would say absolutely yes. I've tried to reach out to the owner via my association management, but they are a bunch of losers. It would be FOOLISH for a builder to take a chance on building and hoping it will sell. The interest rates are going to climb for the next 18 months minimum.
