I was a HUGE fan of Hayley Mills and her movies The Truth About Spring as well as The Trouble with Angels. They were both such good time movies, seen each many times over the years and I never tire of them. Thanks for the entertainment!
I remember seeing her first two Parent Trap movies in the 80s on the Disney channel along with Pollyanna, Summer Magic, That Darn Cat, they were magical, she still is beautiful, she has such a magical voice.
When I first saw her in The Parent Trap...I was 11 and Hayley was 14 and I’ve loved her movies ever since. I remember I sat thru it twice that first time. I would do anything almost to sit over a cup of coffee with her & chat...or tea! 😃
When I was six years of age I saw 'Polyanna' at a local movie-theatre; I loved it so much that I demanded to see it again a week later when it featured at another local movie-theatre; those were the days! 💐🇦🇺🇬🇧🇺🇸That movie had everything for a child's dreams. 💐
Hailey what can I say except that you are still as adorable as you always were. I grew up with your movies and loved you in all of them! I miss those days when Movies were enjoyable to watch. Not like today. I think they are running out of ideas. Hmmmm
If anyone did not see Avanti with Juliet Mills you must see it! The naked scene was the best because there she is naked on the rock so confident and couldn't care less about all the Italian going CRAZY! You rocked it Juliet!
"The Rare Breed" from 1966 was directed by Andrew McLaughlin. In 1963 he directed her "Rare Breed" co-star Maureen O'Hara in "McClintock" with John Wayne and Yvonne DeCarlo. Two years prior to that in 1961, Maureen starred with Hayley and Brian Keith in "The Parent Trap". Small world :-) (FYI..... "The Rare Breed" also featured Maureen O'Hara's "Parent Trap" co-star Brian Keith. DOUBLE small world!!!!).
One more bit of information (because I am an insufferable film and history nerd with absolutely NO life): Juliet's other co-star in "The Rare Breed" was James Stewart. In 1936, exactly 30 years prior at the dawn of his career, he appeared with William Powell and Myrna Loy in "After the Thin Man". Courtesy of "The Rare Breed", Juliet (in true 'Six Degrees' style) is indirectly linked to what many film historians regard as the first modern Hollywood sequel.
To me Hailey will always be miss bliss. I know it was only on for a season but it was replayed again later in the saved by the bell era when they had Zack introducing the old episodes.
I'm truly surprised he didn't ask Juliet who presented and who accepted Hayley's Oscar at the 1961 Academy Awards. (answer- Presented: Shirley Temple. Accepted: Annette Funicello)
Can't believe how much Juliet resembles her dad here. Never seen the resemblance so striking before, but there's absolutely no mistaking who her dad is.
00:16 "In what film did Juliet appear naked on a rock?" (their faces) Hayley: HAHA Juliet: OH SHIT!!! Seriously, "Avanti" is a must-see film :-D One of my favorites!!!!!
I always liked Juliet, ever since Nanny. I didn't know Timmy on Passions was a doll, since it was played by a real person, who had severe special needs and passed away at 17. It was fun to watch Juliet on that show, she was a witch called Tabitha and they often referred to Dr Bombay, though there was no official connection to Bewitched.
I am doing an essay on a particular TV season and came across Nanny and the Professor, and from there Juliet Mills. Absolutely beautiful woman and she was good in that role.
One of the classic Disney films is "THE PARENT TRAP". A new documentary is coming soon on Walt Disney's Parent Trap with Hayley Mills, and various cast members from the 1961 film and sequels. Take a look at this link to learn more! bit.ly/waltdisneyparenttrap
Goes you can tell Julie lives in California with the prune look, but both brilliant, but there father legend ,and never seen the likes again from our greatest generation.
@@fairyqueen56 Hayley says her name once and she says Juliet. My comment was directed at the person who uploaded the interview and obviously didn't listen to it, as the host clearly states Juliet every time. Thanks for your comment anyway.
What beautiful ladies and sisters - still gorgeous and fabulously natural. Just adore them.
Yes, FABULOUSLY natural are the words!! Not a syringe in sight!

I guessed, as Hayley did, "Jeepers Creepers". I had it on a 45 LP. I listened to it often.
Class acts sorely missed in today's world.
Still in this world!
They are the cutest ladies.
Ohh memories! You have made so many so happy. Thank you
I grew up watching these Awesome Ladies!
Love their sense of humor!
I was almost in tears when I saw a scam of "Hailey Mills' death. Later learned it was BS! So glad she is still alive and well.
i love that darn cat maybe 100 times
Thank you !, This was wonderful to see them !, Beautiful ladies !

Juliet looks so much like her father John Mills.
Yes, indeed.
I always thought Juliet looked like her mother and Hayley the one who looked like Sir John
I loved Hayley Mills in "Twisted Nerve" what a doll.
Vindicator!! My hubby and I watched the movie 47 yrs ago and loved the bull...we both never forgot his name!😂

I felt something for the first time concerning a female when I saw Haley Mills in the Moonspinners. And her sister was beautiful in Avanti.
same here when I saw her in the Parent Trap movies, her voice and smile is unimaginably magical.
How wonderful this experience is.
Johnny Jingo was the "B" side of "Jeepers Creepers"
They are delightful. :)
I'm truly surprised he didn't ask Juliet who presented and who accepted Hayley's Oscar at the 1961 Academy Awards. (answer- Presented: Shirley Temple. Accepted: Annette Funicello)
He can’t even get her name right so you shouldn’t be surprised
I am in heaven!!!❤️❤️

Aging is hell..
in 2014 , I looked pretty young for 72 , however, a heart attack & surgery plus complications made me age 10 years.. quick !
yep, it's all about you, Eddie!
Hope you're all better now.
I expect Hayley knows her sister enough to know her name is JULIET, not Julia!
I couldn't see Hayley's face from he front!
It's JULIET, not Julia.

First off, get the names correct, it's JULIET Mills
Her name is Juliet, not Julia.
I would have to say that Hayley doesn't know Julia at all. Her sister's name is Juliet..
Alan Dunstan she knows that! She calls her by Julia! Good lord!
