Why jump from standup to a shitty out of context compilation? There are tons of great standup and snl clips to choose from but all I ever see is that terrible compilation. The channel reacts to good standup, someone recommends a weird comp then they don't react to Norm again.
@@OblivionGateMaster 💯💯💯💯 No one EVER watches Norm again after that. It's just a different bag and will appeal to much fewer people. Plus like you said without context it's really not that funny. I love norm including that compilation but only because I already have all the knowledge to find it funny. I hate that suggestion too.

Norm's moth joke is like someone pausing momentarily mid-knock-knock-joke to fill you in on all the details from War and Peace before delivering the worst dad-joke punchline. I love Conan going, "What the hell is happening?" the entire time

@@KariandYabba Definitely check out the moth joke. The story behind this is they asked him to do a second 7 min segment at the last moment and he had nothing prepared. So he did an old joke Colin Quinn told him that usually last about 20 seconds and stretched it out for the entire segment. Just met this gang and was off to save Leia? It's more plausible than Luke and Ben meeting up with two total strangers and rescuing Leia in ep. 4. This 'gang' were people already helping Jedi. They had some knowledge of the base they were infiltrating. They had a team member that actually had a reason to be on said base. They actually had a plan (good or bad) vs just winging it as they went. It's far more believable/realistic that they were successful than what happens in ep.4. I got to lay off the reactions and comments. Watching/reading all the hypocritical negativity and complaining is draining my enjoyment from the show.
