But now I can tell that with your channel and your delicious recipes as an inspiration and also with the channel pick up limes, I’m actually turning into a vegan and I’m just loving it and proud of it. I'm from Germany and it was only recently that I realized that Kohlrabi is somewhat special or even unknown in other parts of the world. It's just another vegetable around here :D
I'm from Germany too and when he said he used it the last time as a chef (11:05) I were confused. To me kohlrabi was a pretty basic vegetable everybody knows about. ( we got kohlrabi plants in our vegetable garden like the most other germans do?) But obviously it's not as common as I thought. 😅

I always find it funny that apperently kohlrabi is a fancy/funny/unknown vegetable in the UK 😂 In germany it is one of the most basic local vegetables to buy 😅
