- This incredible DJI Mavic Pro footage shows sharks approaching surfers and paddle boarders near the Fort Pierce Inlet in Fort Pierce, Florida. At one point a big shark nearly attacks a smaller shark right next to a surfer!!
We spoke to some of the surfers and they were not even aware that there were sharks right next to them! This is interesting because as we brought the drone closer to the water we would lose sight of the sharks as well due to the glare, etc.
After observing the sharks for a while it was clear that they had no interest in the surfers nor the paddle boarders.

The closest I’ve ever been to a shark was when I was surfing in the keys and it swam straight under me. Not once did it take a threatening approach and it was the most amazing moment of my life
i was out here at fort peirce and man are the spinner sharks crazy here. i saw 3 jump out far out and one just brushhed my leg. i freaked lmao but it was fine. they are cool things and wont do nothing unless you fuck with it

this is so beautiful reminds me of lilo and stitch almost, I’m in a city miles and miles and miles from any clear water but I can almost smell the sea air through the screen, so amazingly beautiful, i wish we all could experience everything this beautiful world has to offer

@@jamesrosales89 the ones that get bitten are swimming during the early morning hours, at dusk and near fishing pier’s.. Saw recently a shark specialist who has been studying this..

I need one of these. Whenever I'm in the Atlantic doing stuff I've always got that fear of sharks in the back of my mind. It's super annoying.
Yes a drone would make you feel more comfortable! But as you can see in this video and the other shark videos on our channel...the sharks never act aggressively towards the people in the ocean
@@hydrophilik6666 Never say never. The consequence could be a limb. Respect the situation. I must get a drone. Sharks are a splinter in my mind.
@@GamerMastodon you could say that about anything. If that's your attitude, never get in a car again, cos there's a far higher risk of dying or losing a limb in a car accident

Living in NE Florida, it's hard to believe that water is that clear. I'm in Ft Pierce for a day tonight and tomorrow for work, then headed back to Jax. I definitely need to try to make it by the beach for a quick swim.

@@hydrophilik6666, I made it out there this afternoon! Super clear. Luckily I keep a pair of goggles in my bag when I travel for work so I can sometimes get some laps in in the pool. I didn't realize there was a little reef out there too and I was talking to some dudes snorkeling and they pointed me that way. Thanks for the vid and helping get me out there!

I'm amazed how few of these sharks actually attack.. I've watched like ten videos now of great whites swimming around people without attacking. Seems like we're scared of nothing..
Right...we have filmed quite a few close encounters of sharks with humans which you can see is some of our other videos. We’ve never seen them be aggressive towards humans. Thanks for watching!
Yeah i feel more safe in the oceans due to these videos - sharks are just curious , and intelligent - they know humans aren’t prey... so good to see this
